DOwnload and save any texts or emails you have where she mentions you in a positive way, or says how much she liked the sex. Archive these somewhere safe in case she claims false rape

Delete all your social media accounts, start new ones under another name

Change the locks on your house because she may have made a spare key to your place, and you don't want her coming over angry and being able to get in.

Find a temporary place to park your car for a few days because angry girlfriends are famous for keying or smashing windows

A few minutes before your break up, tell your closest friends to not respond to her about what is happening so if she calls them they can just hang up.

Don't break up in person, do it by email or text, then block her numbers and email address.

If you think she's really crazy and vindictive, go see a lawyer, and have him write her a letter to not contact you in any way

Say that you're depressed. Make an appointment with a therapist (check your health insurance), start talking less and less.

Have a meltdown. Not directed to her, but .. to nobody in particular.

Dump her with the "it's not you, it's me", do it with a letter because "I love you so much it's so hard to let you go...".

Like someone else said, drain your bank account, hide money and assets. Then yes disappear but do leave a note to your family/friends saying that you've moved some place far away and isolated to "find yoursef", hey watch the movie "Eat, pray, love" for some BS inspiration of what to say.

Don't dump her face to face or she might attack you physically.

Before dumping her, text her to ask where she is, if she's doing fine and if she misses you, so that she can't later claim that you raped/attacked her. Don't meet with her afterwards. Have an alibi for the next while. If you need to go collect your items later, record it and bring a friend.

Two options I seen which would work. Start telling her you love her so much, and other crap just go super needy.

Or be just be super aloof and never come home start selling all your stuff. Say your losing your job in a couple weeks and you gonna be broke soon so she’ll have to start paying for everything. She’ll eventually leave you for someone else. Or she’ll really start treating you bad and then you can leave without any guilt because she’s so abusive.

You have to think ahead to what she will do to get revenge on you for scorning her and counter each of those moves beforehand. This will be different for every gf you break up with but think of it as a game of chess and look ahead as many moves as you can. If you get out without losing your job, savings, or freedom, you win.

You need to be ready to execute a bunch of steps in rapid succession, prepare some or all of the following and fire all cannon in one magnificent salvo of escape.

Firstly, have a message ready to send to a few close friends to get out in front of her narrative of "he's bad and mean and hit me and blah blah bullshit" cause her first move is going to be smearing you. You need to have few close friends and family members who knew you were leaving her and will know her false narrative if utter horseshit. It helps if these people will spread the word for you and at least counter some of her propaganda.

Secondly, protect your valuables. Get any important papers and valuables out of her reach in one fell swoop when you bail. Gather them beforehand and if possible sneak them into your locked glove compartment, a friend's safe, or any secure place she doesn't have access to. DO NOT use a safe deposit box as they as discoverable as evidence in case of a worst case scenario criminal case against you.

Thirdly, if she knows where you work or any of your co workers make sure your boss is aware there may be some incoming flak against you as mentioned above in the messaging section- this should help insulate you against your job being threatened by beating her to the punch.

Fourth, if there is any chance she will go to the cops and make shit up about you, get down to the local police station and get a restraining order against her. You will have to appear before a judge and explain why fairly soon, but just be honest and tell them why you're leaving and why you're afraid of retribution, they shouldn't give you any static. DO NOT under any circumstances call the cops to your house, that's when the Domestic Violence rules take over and you will likely land in the pokey.

Fifth, immediately and permanently cut all forms of communication. Block her number, all emails and social media accounts, etc. Ask close friends not to pass messages from her and be ready to block her hen circle when they inevitably start trying to gang up and harass you.

Sixth, don't be anywhere they can find you. Change up your routine, go to a different pub, gym, whatever. Don't let any mutual friends know your new address or places you go.

If executed properly you can do all this in an evening while she's out with the the gals or better yet take a day off work and be thorough about it. with luck you can cut all ties, pull all property out, and be completely invisible to her and her friends forever asap.

Don't say anything. Don't let her think there is anything wrong. If you live with her: Take a day off when you KNOW she is gonna be gone all day, pre pack, get your friends to help you move in a 1 hour blast.

If she lives with you, same as above, but you pack her shit, have it delivered to her parents house.

Then leave your place for at least 4 weeks, stay with a buddy or at place she knows noting about.

Terminate any bills in your name for her place. Drain bank accounts you share in the short time frame of moving that you have created. Pre drain as much as possible.

STOP using social media. Delete accounts after you have bailed. In fact I suggest you move through life without FB, Twitter IG and so on. They are time sucks, they track everything you do and manipulate what you in an attempt to control what you think and do.

Get a new phone. Keep you number. Don't install any Social Media apps, except this on.

Open account at a new bank once you are clear of her.

Don't tell any one where you are moving to. If you're leaving town leave with as little as possible. Minimalism is the key word moving forward. It's just a better way to live and not be a slave to your things.

I wouldn't even tell her you're breaking up. You just leave. She'll figure it out. You don't need to talk about it, hear her crying, begging and threatening.

Like another poster said, back up all emails, texts and IM/DM that you had with her.

If you live in a large city move as far away as possible. Hell, move to a place (city/ state) you've always wanted to go and don't look back.

And finally, you have to block her completely from the moment you walk out the door for the last time. YOu can not have ANY contact with her, you don't need to see her crying and ranting, you don't need to respond in ANY WAY.

It's unfortunate but most females don't take a break up well when it happens to them. Believe me, if she were breaking up with you she would be doing almost everything I've said here.

When I broke with someone who I knew was going to cause lots and lots of drama (tears, tantrums, screaming, calling my workplace demanding to speak to me etc) I had an understanding colleague page me at a set time and pose as an emergency call out (I worked for the emergency services and did on-call - they still use pagers). So mid meltdown I had a valid excuse to leave, "Sorry but I have to go, I'm on call and I've been requested to attend, I have to respond. Bye".

I still had to turn the ringers off on all my home phones and stop using my personal phone and temporarily use my work phone for everything. It was awkward but eventually after a few weeks she found a new romantic interest. The irony was she used to treat me like dirt and cheated on me but when I started getting aloof and distant and not wanting to see her much, she treated much nicer and became really clingy. I think she was shocked that I'd actually had the gumption to break up with her.

I may think a gf will leave by herself if she branch monkeys with Chads around. She will start to branch mokey as soon she will need to get more attention. So, logically, just stop give her attention and she will leave by herself.
