It depends on the coffee honestly and the quality of it.
My favourite is Turkish coffee ( I am Greek ) and adding sugar or milk will destroy the flavor.
Fro French coffee or hot espresso I don't mind sugar or milk but I rarely drink those

exactly. whatever I add to the coffee it ruins it for me. plus I can really taste and enjoy the after taste. I've noticed most coffees have different after taste if drunk black🙌. that's just how I like it, has nothing to do with masculinity or whatnot lol

Have you ever tried neapolitan coffee? Well, you should, we neapolitans are partly greeks too, so we have similar tastes. It's as good as the turkish one, but without the annoying coffee particles, and we also prefer ito drink it without sugar. Man Turkish Coffee is good! I’m American and visited Greece, my favorite country in Europe next to Spain! Being near the coast on those islands hanging out having that good food and drink was a heaven on Earth. This was before they started protesting when I visited there for a week. Wish I could go back!

Think of coffee like beer. Not everyone likes it. It is a bit of an acquired taste. There's countless different types and flavors to try from all around the world, so if you can't drink one of them without dumping lots of other flavoring stuff in it, try a different one.
I drink coffee black for 3 reasons: I avoid sugar, avoid artificial sweeteners, and I'm lactose intolerant.

Simple: buy good coffee.
If your coffee tastes bad black, you are drinking coffee that was made with shitty beans or was burnt or over-extracted or some other problem. To have black coffee that tastes great, one need simply buy better beans, learn to make coffee properly, or go to a higher-quality coffee shop that makes coffee well.

Try malt- forward beers. Wee Heavy Scottish Ale, Dark Belgian Ale, and Trappist style.

Too much trouble just to find something I find toreable man. I've tried a lot of alcoholic beverages and coffee mixes and I just don't like it. Nowadays when I want to get drunk I just drink very cold vodka. I don't like the taste, but I just drink it fast.
