Edit 2 : So judging from her story telling it seems that being a "strong independent woman" in her 20's-50's has caused her to miss the cock carousel - so is now upset that men her age are only dating younger women instead of her. Honestly, there really is no way to guide casual conversation with radical feminists away from a subject that'll trigger them, their stimulus threshold is lower than nitro glycerin. They're massive narcissists with persecution complexes, so you're not dealing with a rational actor. The only winning move is not to play.

Given that this is a temporary state of affairs, just do whatever you can to not be around this woman. Take extra shifts at work (if you work), hang out with friends, stay in your room, fucking go on a hike if that's what it takes. By 'guardian' I'm assuming you're a minor, so your options for fucking off for long stretches of time aren't ideal, but honestly anything you can do to limit the amount of time you have to spend near her is your safest option.

Barring that, your safest bet is to just stroke her ego within reason. It's a blow to your ego and beliefs, to be sure, but there's no reason worth potentially jeopardizing your living situation for a week or two of sucking up your pride. I mean, it's not like someone who's a stranger who you can tell to fuck off; the LAST thing you need is this woman having a problem with you, and that person having the ear of the people that control where you sleep and eat. You KNOW what your beliefs are, and you know those beliefs are solid and logical; no blue-haired whale is going to shake them, so just nod your head and say "yes, you are totally oppressed, despite the fact that you're a member of the demographic who enjoys the highest quality of life in the history of mankind; please tell me more about how the people who made that happen are the scum of the Earth", but without the massive sarcastic undertone.

Just play along with her, it's your only real option; I promise you, by the end of the 1-2 weeks, your guardians will be sick of her too and be glad to see her gone.

By the by, could you tell us all what the hell she's doing at your house for a fortnight anyway? That seems a bit odd.
