I mean think about it. Objectively, patriarchy has resulted in human civilization progressing. Traditional patriarchy might not have been perfect and could use some adjustments, but the bottom line is that it is responsible for allowing humans to progress. The family unit is required for progress.

In less than a decade of being mainstream, 3rd wave feminism has damaged all the progress of patriarchy. In such a short time, the legal system has become a joke with guilty before innocent and accusations 20 years after the so called crime, there are massive gender wars, the birth rate is dropping, the family unit is almost destroyed, etc...

What else do you expect from a "normative" ideology which is based on nothing, just random feelings of exaggerated persecution and subjective views of how things "ought" to be, without any logic or structure or base?

Conversely, patriarchy is a "positive" ideology, based on objectivity and facts: the fact is that there are biological differences between men and women, and thus society needs to be set up accordingly in order to prevent problems and maximize efficiency. Whereas 3rd wave feminism says "we need to ignore the biological differences between men and women because it is bad and women are oppressed and pink pussy hat matches will lead us to the right path."

I have noticed, while females specialize in this, a lot of men in the herd behave this way as well. IMO, This attitude speeds up extinction. Humans must adapt to continue their evolution. Not vice versa. If an organism stops adapting it begins the process of being naturally selected for extinction.

There is also a false assumption that reality is something (or someone) that should adapt to their whims and desires. If reality can ever be fully known, I shy away from absolute certainties. Odds are, a consistent reality is not conscious and aware of human desires or whims, nor does it care. This imprinting of human behavior on non conscious functioning principles is a bit crazy.

Thus the cycle of cognitive dissonance continues rolling. When their data is falsified by the consistency in reality they strike at reality instead of questioning their data. The resulting stagnation continues the cognitive dissonance, and further down the rabbit hole they go. Hence why these dullards believe Scientific Data to be sexist, thus wrong. To me it sounds like the old religionists rejecting Science as a tool of Satan.

Not just feminists, but this is the core difference in philosophy between the left and right (moderates, not extremes).

The left like to look at the world for how it should be (there should be no poor people) and bring policies meant to adjust reality to fit this image.

The right like to look at the world for how it is (although poverty is bad, it's natural and will always exist at some level) and bring policies meant to minimize/maximize the effects of that reality.

On a fundamental level, the two will never ever understand each other

Although this is presented as a joke, "adjusting reality" is a real goal of the liberal social science people. By enacting laws or recognizing biases, they believe we can create a more fair society. Biology goes opposite of that because it presents aspects of us that we cannot change or that are difficult to do so. That is why almost no gender studies majors have any kind of biology classes as a requirement even though it seems obvious to have them. Every time there is a mention of a biological difference, feminist textbooks will immediately mention some kind of potential flaw or potential bias in the study. And almost every single intro to gender studies textbook that I've looked at begins by teaching the student all the potential biases that can occur. And that is how they start forming that mindset.

It should really be labelled "feminist science" rather than social science. Properly conducted social science utilizes operational definitions, controlled experimentation, placebos, and all the same procedures as any other science. It's only when feminists corrupt these practices do we find bullshit studies about microaggressions and triggering language.

The right wing hates social science, because every time the truth is discovered, they try to build an alternative science to bury it. Marx wrote the entire capitalist mechanism? Let´s create sociology. Sociology turned against us? Damn scientists, let´s discredit it. The conclusions of Political Economy show the system? Let´s create a religious dogma called "Economics".

Big parts of Social Science are hoghwash, like "Economics" and big chunks of Gender Studies. Big parts are not.
