Real friends....Same as loyal or even loving women. We heard a lot about it, read about it, watched movies about it. Then life (reality) happened. Be your real friend.

I'm married. We have separate homes on the same property. I'm down to two dogs, but used to have six.

My wife, then gf, once asked me, "If I told you that it was me or the dogs, what would you say?"

I replied, "I would say that would be an easy decision." Then I walked off.

I never heard a word about dogs again.

I have a 25 pound Glenn Terrier asleep at my feet and a 125 pound Shiloh Sheoherd between m and the front door.

It's becoming a realist about how people really are...

Mostly glad handers out for personal benefit, from petty to large.

It's what being social has evolved into: a sleazy game of Nash's Equilibrium....

The good news, is enterprise has evolved to create a nearly seamless alternate reality, where if you have money and use it wisely, you can be self sufficient ghosting inside the technocult.

The Bad news is: Nash's equilibrium has an unrecognized dynamic. The effects move forward in time and build up. Until the bickering and competition go terminal for the society and it crashes everything including the money system.

So are the patterns of history.

And the wise man gets ahead of the curve, and uses his money expressly to become independent of others, and as self sufficient as humanly possible, down to even fundamentals like growing staple foods, self defense, mobility, and even location.

If you cant defend it from Zombie hordes, and you cant grow food there, its not where you want to be...

And the Zombies will burn you out for your canned food when things get bad enough...

You need adequate field of fire and enough help to stand watch 24/7...

Which at a minimum means that dog is way more valuable than most realize.

The friends that I have lost are married or in a deep relationship. I grant them their happyness - if they only were happy. They are so busy and tired. I don't want to become like them.

One important lesson I've had to learn recently is that if your "friends" have not taken the red pill they are certainly not your friends. If it ever comes to them having to choose between you and and whiff of pussy then you'll be out like a shot. If you ever have a bad breakup or anything involving a woman they'll always side with the woman by default.

Luckily I do actually have some red pilled friends now. But as a man you must always prepare to be alone (or get a dog).

Exactly the same... I lost my only true friend last year.
He was more than a brother for me, but life circumstances separated us. And i decided i should let him enjoy his new life. He didn't do or say anything wrong. But he has a better life now and i am only corrupting people around me.
