Like with anything, balance is key. You don't want to completely abstain from release, nor do you want to beat your monkey 5 times a day like it owes you money.
Testosterone levels peak at around a week from abstaining from sexual release, and level off shortly after.

I suppose. With Japanese you can just combine existing kanji and make new words that people will usually be able to understand quickly when they see them written.
With English, you usually have to combine existing or old latin words or something in order to create new ones, and unless the new meaning is very clear from the root words, it can take some explanation before a word will catch on.
But really, certain new words just sound more catchy than others, and different new words tend to catch on in different languages. Perhaps in English "old person smell" is good enough.
