It's happening all over the place, lady coders post to bring people to congratulate them on the fact they are women first and coders second. Case in point, her handle: "Mia", then "codes".

Also, while women put themselves out in the open like this - look at me, I'm a girl and I can code - when you comment or question the quality of their code (this is what we should really focus on actually) they tend to label it as a "gendered attack" - so if you value peace of mind you'll just shut up and let them ship broken code :/
