There are several channels on YouTube that upload footage of police activity. I highly recommend them, they're very educational and show the world what kinds of crap cops go through.

Almost without exception, female officers in these videos are either on the periphery (hovering until the men actually do the important and dangerous work), or they freak the fuck out when in a tense situation and endanger both themselves AND their partner.

They are fucking useless for the vast majority of police work, and I can only think of a single video I've seen (I binge watch these vids, they're amazing) where a woman did solid and commendable police work.

This reminds me of a security guard (armed) we had at a transit center. A guy whipped his penis out and started peeing in the street in front of her and she broke out crying and called the sheriffs. Nothing was said or anything. Was really weird.

One of my friends was in the police academy they had a single girl in the class who was also Indian (Indian from India). She constantly bombed test, but they let her slide because of her race and gender. She was so bad that even the instructors hated her and tried to make her quit. Rumor had it she cried herself to sleep every night.

During one of the house clearing drills, she went into a bedroom and looked around and said clear. The rest of the team (5) followed her in there and holstered their weapons. Two instructors, who were playing the bad guys, jumped out and killed the whole team. One instructor was on the other side of the bed while another was hiding in the closet. After the exercise, the instructor told the girl when she goes home tonight before she cleans her weapon she should consider eating a bullet.

She passed is now a state trooper. God help us.

The people who let her slide were the higher-ups. They probably didn't even know her name just her gender and race. They wanted to diverse the graduating class.

It was a combination of horrible police work on multiple levels. Thats being said. The statistics of women in the battle field do not lie... Slower. Carry less. And are a literal trophy for male enemy combatants.

I tried to find the video but can't, I remember watching it on TV years ago, the video is now used in all police jurisdictions during traffic stop training.

Female officer pulls over vehicle, huge dude gets out, warrants, no intent on being taken in.

Male cop tries to subdue criminal, can't because criminal has about 120 lbs on him.

Female officer kind of puts her hands up to protect herself from being run into by cop and criminal.

She looks back at the dashcam with a "What do I do look"

I believe the criminal shot and killed the male cop, female cop was beaten to within an inch of her life and is a parapallegic.
