Going against the MGTOW mainstream here, prostitution changes nothing. I'm from Germany and it's very liberal in regards to prostitution. Women are still entitled, men still put women on pedestals, get married, settle for low SMV partners etc.

Men's obsession with pleasing women goes beyond sexuality.

This is an interesting point of inflection within the feminism movement. They are really divided on this. Some see it as liberating, others see it as degrading.

Personally I am all for it although I would never indulge in it. It is safer for everyone involved, and it would be taxed. That's like a triple win.

Prostitution is happening everywhere and is practiced everywhere.

Moot point is access.

There comes the restrictions via social 'norms' - prostitution is bad for society, religious dogma - prostitution is sinful. And as usual Government 'interference', prostitution - is illegal.

Men/Women, who have means are doing it, each day everyday. Religious leaders are doing it, fucking peoples in high position in Governments are doing it at will.

Nothing is taboo about it, unless you are caught.

Women basically have a cartel on sex. Widespread constitution would flood the market with cheap and available options for men thus reducing the price of their one exportable good. Diamonds are a good allegory here if you want to look up the DeBeer's Cartel.

If you want a strong society based on family then making prostitution illegal makes sense as it keeps sex within the family for the means of procreation. But now that the family has all but been destroyed by feminism there is no longer a real reason why prostitution cannot be legal. All that feminism is really accomplishing is locking up sex and restricting it to an elite of people who can never hope to produce enough children to keep society going.
