Well in the end, it all ain't so bad. If you don't have to compete for women, you will have a lot more time to do things you like and a lot less expectations on you. You do not have to keep up with the joneses and can live life at your own pace.
You don't need the nicest car, no divorce, just peace and quiet.
Sure once in a while you get thst feeling of missing out or yearning for intimacy, that's part of being human. But you can acknowledge that feeling, see it for what it is and lett it pass.
So I guess the "white pill" in the end is that you are able to live the life you want, within reasonable expectations. Sure there is nihilism knocking at the door, but life is inherently meaningless, so you give it meaning yourself.

Yes, Nihilism and meaninglessness knocking on the door is what we all have to deal with. No matter what lifestyle a person lives. Most people flee, naturally to creating meaning through rasing children/family lifestyle. "Create or Continue their Legacy". When you chose a different thing to create a false sense of meaning; one usually has to work a bit harder (compared to family lifestyel as meaning) to make and find a meaning that actually works for you (to keep nihilism/ existential depression outside).
Mine are atm: buddhism, supporting buddhist monks, charity work, helping my brother with is problems and helping with raising my small nephew, letting a otherwise homeless man use a room in my house.
