I keep seeing things online about how people threw sugar out of their lives and it made their lives better. I've already thrown alcohol out, and that's improved my life. Great decision. The non-sugar thing means you throw out added sugar, that is, white sugar. The sugar that naturally is present in fruit doesn't count. If you eat a piece of pineapple or an apple or a slice of melon, you're getting some sugar, but it's what normally grew there, and you're getting it along with all the other great stuff like fiber and vitamins. Where sugar is a problem is where you inundate your system with it, for example, in soda pop. Soda pop is super unhealthy. It's basically just a sugar water formula with some artificial flavors. In short, it's worthless drink. So going non-sugar, you would throw soda pop out of your life. Same thing with sugary foods like cupcakes, candies, etc. Those are all made by man with tons of white sugar dumped into them. You could go for some nice strawberries and whatever sugar naturally has occurred in them, but you would not get strawberries with a sugary cream over them and you wouldn't not get ice cream with strawberries. You get the picture. No added sugar, so it means diligently reading the packaging labels and knowing all the synonyms for sugar like "fructose" and "high fructose corn syrup."

I've been watching people's online videos about giving up added sugar, and they all have one common theme. Their health improves. They have more energy and sometimes nagging health issues improve or even go away.

So I'm considering doing this. It would be a big undertaking. I would have to change a lot because there are plenty of foods I like that have a lot of added sugar. I'll need to start cooking for myself more.

MGTOW2 is all about improving your life. Going non-sugar seems to have a lot of potential to do just that. I'm curious if there are other MGTOWers out there who have done this and if you like your results.
