What do I do with my rage?

There is a psychological technic called "sublimation" where a person takes a negative energy and puts it to positive use. For example, a man with some violent tendencies becoming a cop instead of a criminal so he can have an outlet for that energy. So I suggest, making a long-term plan for your life along the lines of "I want to do this, earn that, retire by.." Then, divide those goals into sub-goals with individual deadlines. After doing that, put your rage into action towards implementing those and the longer you do that, the more you'll get used to it. Eventually, your rage will turn into success and you'll get used to that too. Talking about success, it's the BEST revenge against "this immense gynocentrism-generated injustice" and you know why? Because you'll be in a position of being able to afford to walk away from that beastly system anytime you feel like it. Ask me how I know ;)

You stop caring so much. Worry about yourself and how to improve. I only concentrate on doing positive things in my life while looking forward to my last day on earth. I also will not have kids as the world will often look to corrupt or hurt them. So I will enjoy my life and leave here a free man

If you mean 'rage' literally, go to the gym. Work that shit out on the iron. If you mean mentally, write. Do your research and write about it, put dots together, string theories together, figure it out so that when others ask or have questions you can give a concise, definitive answer.

You need to learn to just focus on what makes you happy. It takes time, trust me brother. I was just like you a few years ago and I had no idea what I was gonna do with my life because I thought all the rage was gonna ruin me. Most would tell you to channel it into something positive but for a lot of people this isnt something which is easily done. You must be very self aware and mature to do this effectively and both of those things generally come with age. I myself am 19 and my rage began around 2 years ago. Over time it has slowly settled and im seeing the light around the corner but until you have that initial resting period in my experience it is very hard to channel that rage into other emotions.

TLDR: Give it time and then focus on personal growth

Remember that range doesn't appear from nothing. Your gut, suppressed emotions, your subconsciousness all scream that you have been denied the treatment you deserve. For one you need the information that the emotions are THE CORE of who you arr, your personality and what makes you... Human. Learn to demand, elicit and expect from others to respect your EMOTIONS and not you, your emotions! Develope them, study them, read about them, practice taking other persons place and start wondering how they look at things and themselves to develope one side of emotional awareness which will serve you all your life.

Try to understand that all the distractions: video games, booze, drugs?, masturbation and porn addiction, sex addiction serve the sole purpose TO COMFORT YOUR EMOTIONS WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO REGULATE THEM. THE URGES BECOME UNBEARABLY STRONG only WHEN THE TENSITY FROM INABILITY TO EMOTIONALLY REGULATE YOURSELF picks the highest point(typically after stressful situations, even if u think u managed them well but have urges after, that means you were only pretending by suppressing/ignoring/dismissing your human needs, needs in socialization, emotions of being dismissed/diminished /denied in emotional/human sense the treatment you wanted and deserved. Trust your body and mind as they know nothing but best for you.

Recognize your powerlessness. You can't fix the system. That's my critique of MRA. They think reform is possible. And reform might be possible... but I think it will require changes most people don't have the stomach for.

All you can do is improve yourself and your own life. The world is fucked. There's nothing we can do about it, even if we pooled all our resources and talents. Take care of yourself first, last and only.

I think you are confused on what rage is for. It’s for a violent crime being perpetrated on you personally. It’s for when someone swindles you out of your retirement. It’s an unhealthy state to be in. Sounds like you are obsessing, and it’s not good either. Focus on the good things in life.

I just realized at some point that I don't give a shit about anything and just want to move to an isolated area and build a homestead. Hard to care about society when you don't want to be a part of it and plan on moving away.

Remember that blaming others/society will never do a damn thing for you. It will only make you feel like a powerless victim. Don't be a victim. It's a shitty way to live, always resenting and blaming and pointing the finger. Leave that for the feminists.

It's a corny old saying, but "whenever you point the finger at someone, you've got three more pointed back at you." In other words, instead of blaming, take responsibility for creating the problem (the one in your head, I mean -- not the external situation, but your reaction to it).

How are you contributing to your own rage and anger? I'll bet that if you think about it, you can come up with about a dozen different ways. So then go to work on those.

Whatever you do, don't try and fight it. You'll only make it stronger. Just sit with it, and let it wash over you. You don't have to act on it in the moment, wait for it to subside and then let your rational mind take the reins back and decide the best course of action. Feel everything deeply, and only act if/when you want to, not because you're being prompted to by emotions.
