In Reading and rereading some of the top posts, by training, BPP et al. certain things have come out for me that I think may be helpful to put down.

Do you remember back when you had fun with that girl you married?

When almost every interaction was kind of exciting?

Recently I started treating everything I do with my wife as a date -

Going to the Grocery Store? - Date

Lowe's - Date!

Seeing a movie ( with the kids even) - Date

going to the Gym together - Great date!

Driving somewhere? Date!

What the fuck am I talking about?

Have fun with the girl, fuck with her a little or a lot.

Take every opportunity to lead, from opening the door, to being the first to ask for the table at a restaurant, to lifting heavy objects in front of her ( if they needed to be moved)

Play with her, make funny comments, tease her, kino everywhere.

A date isn't about candles and roses and food.

It is about how the experience makes her feel, and being in the company of a fun, exciting man, who happens to also know things that she likes ( as a bonus) is exciting for her, leads to Tingles and positive Feelz

It's not about doing things for her, its about doing things, and letting her in on the ride
