Without knowing anything about this particular person or their views, I wouldn't dismiss the idea as anti-male.

The thing that no one talks about is that being in charge kind of sucks. The constant pressure to struggle for dominance is one of the worst things about being male.

I can see the appeal of a society where someone else takes that burden.

What I have trouble dealing with is men who embrace disposability, and seek to enforce it on other men.

For this specific case, it seems pretty apparent that this gentlemen is not quite clued up on who people are (men and women), it doesnt matter what dangles or doesnt. Power corrupts, now that schools are predominantly lead and taught by women the stories of child molesting has gone from hearing about male teachers to female teachers doing the diddling
