We can't help you die, because practically everywhere that is illegal. So don't ask us to commit a crime.

In places where assisted suicide is possible, you would have to go through a medical professional. So talk to your doctor.

I'd advise you to talk to your doctor anyway, because there are medicines that can help numb the feelings.

I'm going to be the one to come out and say it... you don't really want to die. You just feel like you do.

How do I know that you don't really want to die? Well... you reached out.

At your very core, there's a spark inside you that wants you to keep going. This spark also understands the pain you feel and is asking for help (in the only language you know), because it knows there is a future for you where you don't feel like this all of the time.

For you to inhabit this future, there are certain things you just can't take with you. Your pain and desire to be dead are a few of them. You want to be rid of these feelings, but you don't know what to do about it. You've never known any other way of being. You lack a frame of reference.

The part of you that has always known pain, isolation, frustration, misunderstanding, and loneliness feels like it's reached its end and is no longer interested in continuing. I mean, if the first three decades of life has been like this, then why on Earth would this part of you want to continue feeling this way for another potentially five decades?

You've reached a point where the burden is longer worth carrying, but neither know how to let it go nor see any future where things could be different from how they are at this very unpleasant moment. It's time to start the process of learning how to let them go. It will be the most challenging thing you've ever done, but will also be the most rewarding.

I'd like to make you an offer. Right now, my resources are limited and I'm unable to presently help in any meaningful way beyond what I'm writing right here. In the (hopefully) near future, that is going to drastically change. I'll be relocating to SoCal and stepping into the phase of my life where I'm properly positioned to have a real impact on this world and people just like you.

If you can hang on long enough for that to happen, I can guarantee that I can help you clean up the mess you're feeling inside your mind and help you to see some of the future that I'm able to see for you. I've done it before, for many others. I can do it for you.

While we're waiting for this future I describe to come about, I have a project for you to consider. There is no need to dismiss how terrible you've been feeling for so very long. I do want you, however, to try to get to know the part of you that actually does want to stay around long enough to see something truly interesting happen. Ask yourself this "If I'm so eager to die, then why did I ask for help? What's this part of me that isn't quite ready to let go of life? It's not my survival instinct. So... who or what is it?"

Then... 'listen' for an answer. it may come to you in the dark. In between sobs while clinging to your waifu. The pain has to come out somehow. And, if you're currently not able to die, then might as well occupy yourself by doing something a little different.

Have you tried to get psychological help?

Are you entirely sure, ten years from now you won't look back on the dark stretch of your way your currently passing and be happy and grateful you didn't end it all now?

You need to talk to someone who is not Reddit. Call 988, the brand spankin' new suicide hotline. 34 is very, very young despite the difficulties you are experiencing, and you are talking about a permanent solution to transitory problems. Just call 988, man.

Just from reading your replies it sounds like you are suffering a great deal, and I’m sorry. It also sounds like you are very focused on what you don’t have but should have and things of that nature.

May I humbly suggest letting go of those expectations and just trying to enjoy life for what it is? It can be liberating. There are no shoulds in life, only the meaning that you yourself are in charge of creating.

There are situations that can spark joy, environments that provide peace no matter what your station in life is. Seek those out. Forget about all the bullshit that our sick society tells you you need. It’s wrong.

Without going into details, I lost my self esteem, my idea of hope at "home" (or the home that was defualt for me). I'm 37, same kind of situation (no partner, no car, no anything). I owe that place fucking nothing.

In any case, I moved countries this year, and it was worth it. PM me for details, I'll help however I can. Things aren't perfect even now, but it's like I stepped into another life. I'm not wealthy, it took a bit of perseverance to put a bit aside, but I didn't have much of anything else to lose.

Worth it. Fuck SoCal, fuck everyone and everything around you that did this to you. You deserve better. You will get better. Just pick a country you'd want to have a try. Life for it for now, let it get you through your days. Focus on nothing else. Then when you've decided on the country, and have checked the boxes you set up for yourself in a list, you make the move. Try the r/expat forum for ideas.

I really hope you don’t kill yourself and you talk to someone that can not only help you get better mentally but can help you get to where you want to be with financially. I would get off Reddit though as much as you can.

It sounds like you are in tremendous pain. Life can be overwhelming and it sucks when you aren't where you want to be in many areas.

The fact that society uses many of these things to measure a man's worth as a person doesn't make things better.

Having said that I encourage you to seek help from a licensed healthcare professional.

Many people here (Including me) have or continue to struggle with similar feelings and I can tell you that you can get past this.

Please start by seeking a qualified licensed healthcare professional.

We are all born of men and women but we do not all go on to bear men and women. You may feel you have been cheated and your worth not correctly judged, and you might be right, it may be the case that you are worthy of love but circumstances denied this. However, I think what you need, in my opinion, is not to win and receive the love you think you feel you justly deserve but, in a hypothetical scenario, for your peers and rivals and the women who have rejected you to be able to to see you’re full capabilities in different situations, and to see your full trajectory and misfortunes through life, and for your worth to then be judged correctly. I think being accepted in a group that acknowledges and judges appropriately as to whether you are worthy to be loved and to bear children is truly what you need.
