Like for example there's a big push in the UK, and probably the rest of the world, for "women in science", but I don't get it, among other bullshit initiatives. Why are they trying to pressure women to go into the field? If they want to then fine by all means help them get into the field, but I don't see the point in trying to convince women that that's what they wanna do, when it's really just to make their statistics "better".
