If they were at all sincere, they would address male under representation. Of course, they are not sincere at all. The real definition of diversity is "no more white guys".

They are not diversity initiatives they are anti male initiatives so they never will. For example the dominance of women in nursing and teaching is extreme If the roles were reversed the cries for money to be poured into it to even it out would be loud and furious. But because it's men who are under represented it's ok.

Yes, they are overlooking men and its intentional. Education and Healthcare are not the only fields that are dominated by women. Are there any financial or helpful incentives for boys or men to get more male representation in these fields? No there isn’t. There are incentives to get women into nearly every field.
