In UK law Rape only applies to men raping women. Women raping women or men and men raping men isn't classified as rape but assault and other terms.

Trump's comments have nothing to do with reality, and the comment cited in this post has nothing to do with men's rights.

Seriously, folks, can we refrain from posting anything and everything that makes us personally think about a men's rights issue, even if the thing that made us think about it is completely unrelated? There are plenty of FB posts from feminists that actually deny that men can be raped—let's save our ire for them.

Trump is the one at fault here, not the Twitter user who pointed out that it's utterly reasonable to expect men raised in a Western culture not to rape women. Even young men. Even poor men. Even lonely and sexually deprived men. Even men under extreme situational stress. The only way you can turn a normal man into a rapist is through brutal indoctrination beginning in childhood.
