When people say "believe women" they're not saying throw every man accused of raping a woman in jail, they're saying believe women who come forward with rape allegations enough to take them seriously and search for all the facts.

If your daughter came you after school one day saying one of the older kids hits her every day, you believe her, not in spite of any evidence that might speak to the contrary, because you care about her enough to take her seriously and do something and find the truth and punish whoever's responsible.

This is just a strawman. You take the least defensible opposing position and prop it up as mainstream thinking when it is so obviously not; it wasn't during the Kavanaugh drama either
