The court system should be genderless, judges and jurys should not see who the defendants/plaintiffs are/look like. I have no idea how a system like that would work, but a mom shouldn't have more right to a kid then the dad in a divorce for example.

What? I said this sub is a response to the hatred of men by women. The new age feminism isn't a equality movement, its a movement against men. This sub is a true feminism sub, meaning it wants men and women to be equal, but we focus on men because of the threat new age feminism poses.

No, you misunderstand. If a judge or jury did not get to know which was the mom or dad, and only knew the personality/responsibility of the mom/dad, then family courts would be fair, they are suppose to be unbiased.

Think about that for a second, why would the name of ''equality of sexes'' be ''female'', realize that is contradictory on the very name itself you cant make this shit up.

Because gender roles are skewed towards creating a male-dominated society.

An example of gender roles resulting in discrimination against men and women is the view that men are bread-winners and women are care-givers. This results in women being discriminated against in that they don't have as many career prospects and are indeed expected to wind down their own career and take care of children if they have any. It also results in men being discriminated against in that they often lose custody cases.

Because a French philosopher in 1837 thought it was sexist that society is dominated by men and for the most part it is women who are victims of sexism so he called it feminism.

Men have all sort of roles like being the provider, the protector, the one doing the most backbreaking and lethal jobs, to not being empathized with and not allowed to be emotional and so on and on, as you called it ''toxic masculinity''.

No, your assuming a male dominated society is good. A man being the provider for a women is bad for the man and women. The sexes should be equal, men and women should have equal rights and roles in society. Its should be okay for men to raise kids, it should be okay for women to be in leadership positions.

There's is a massive issue with sexism in male dominated industry's for example that most people are unaware of.

Wait, do you think oppression of anyone is a moral good? There's equality of opertunity and forced equality either by putting someone down or unfairly bringing someone up. Like the diffrence between letting everyone play a sport based on strength vs forcing women to play a sport to keep the players gender equal. I support equality of opertunity.

No, I don't think that would work. The entire family courts would have to be transparent. But the problem is the risk imposed on any children involved

It's individuals within the family courts that's the problem not the lack of blind judgements. These people need to be held to some level of responsibility, with the courts having secrecy attached to them that isn't achievable

Currently, at least in the UK, it's just a paper stamping and conveyer belt organisation

And by extension, policies Social Services have would have to be made neutral. As it stands, they treat men as perpetrators who shouldn't have any unsupervised visitation rights as it might adversely affect the child(ren) regardless to who was reported/the perpetrator
