That's what you get when you make political appointments based on arbitrary and irrelevant demographic labels instead of temperament or competence... because it's [current year].

Women are the majority of the electorate, and left to their own devices they will not elect a proportional percentage of their own sex into office, the decades of election results speak for themselves; thus, in order to arbitrarily enforce an equality of outcome, by definition you have to dip into lower competence personnel.

I worked with male and female bosses. There were worse and better - different. BUT no male boss ever hunted handsome clever man. There can be normal work problems and causes, but appearance never matter (just keep in limits of decency).

BUT with women it's just impossible to for them to keep their personal attitude toward any pretty thing, no matter the gender. Pretty or beautiful female always will be hunted at some point. And if she is clever and good at work... Farewell...
