I know of no specific mens organisations with the funds capable of funding this, and no groups capable of funding this - nor current leftist feminist government - will fund something women are so vehemently against, and overwhelmingly women do not want men controlling their own reproduction. Current government, large organisations, and women want only women to control all reproduction. Even when all the testing is done, I do not believe that a leftist feminist government FDA will approve this to go to market. Perhaps if Donald Trump is elected President that may change.
I feel like a lot of women would support it. I mean I get a strong feeling if I brought it up with the women in my life they would be all for it. Maybe the issue just lacks visibility? Like it needs a public awareness campaign to build momentum behind it to bring it to fruition?
Edit: just asked my mom if she would support male birth control. She hesitated a bit before saying yes...and when questioned about her hesitation...cited concerns about safety.
I also got the feeling it was like a new/foreign idea to her. But she did say she supported it.
Edit2: posted this in /r/birthcontrol. Looks like there's a lot of women there. This thread made it to the top.
So I think there might be support from women as well.
...I'm kind of confused because this method of bc has to do with the vas deferens which is equivalent to the fallopian tubes in women. Testes are equivalent to ovaries in women.
I feel like you're getting some human anatomy wrong in your posting. This method would not be injected into your testes.

Go read the 10 Planks of Communism, then compare it to the US government.
