We're not monsters. We want fair and equal laws for fake accusations, child custody and custody payments, divorce laws to be reasonable, and not to be the go to excuse for issues in society. Several other issues but nothing unreasonable.

Yes! Don't be turned away by idiots as well please - they are part of every community. I also had to read things like: "The male is nothing but a defective mutation of the default gender which is the Female. Men have a collateral role in species reproduction and that's all. It's the defective Y chromosome that makes males what they are." That being said, while there seems to be a general consensus on many things here, everybody is kinda prioritizing different topics as we all have different experiences which gives it many nuances. There are many people who I do not agree with and many who don't agree with me, and that's fine. On the fds stuff, however, I sincerely hope you can recover from that. I always find it hard to believe that anybody could be remotely serious about that (what they say), given how obvious they make it - even on purpose - that they see men as accessories. Sometimes it felt to me like when you stand next to somebody and they ignore you on purpose, because they know, that you know, that they heard you and assume that that fact is gonna hurt you.

Have empathy for men? pathetic pick me! Have a sense of justice and feel bad when men are taken advantage of? boot-licking pick me!

Yeah, as a woman with an interest in Men's Rights who has always has a strong preference for fat men, I can't freaking stand that sub. They insult me and women like me on the regular.

Also, applying the "pick me" label to women interested in MRA issues is....pretty icky. The premise of calling a woman a pick me for sticking up for men is that women MUST be selfishly motivated-the selfish motivation is male validation. They do not even entertain the prospect that women can have a sense of justice, can demonstrate altruism. I mean, probably because THEY only act on selfish motivations, but still. The premise is misogynistic as hell.

Fuck female dating strategy. They are just a bunch of mean girls, playing fake nice, all while constantly shitting on other women and trying to stuff their faces with free grub from men.

Ack! And all that "Queen Energy" bullshit. How freaking cringey can you get? Calling each other queen?? It's like a meme or something. I don't get how they don't feel like clowns.

Anyway, so very happy to see you leave that sub! We should be friends :) I can share lots of other MRM sources with you if you want. I'm an indie author who writes about this stuff, so I have compiled quite the catalogue of MRA subreddits, youtube channels, blogs, etc.

There are bad apples in every bunch, but most of us here are just trying to combat the harmful ways society treats men. Anywhere else we bring up these issues we get shouted down by the mob, much like your experience in FDS. But women who come here with an open mind are almost universally welcomed. Because we don’t have an agenda other than giving voices to men whose issues are ignored, which is almost all men when it comes to academia, media, and social justice.

Thy sub is really just the female equivelant of male incels. I never comment on there but go on every now and then for a read. It's just choc full of disgruntled and hurt women, unwilling to take on any personal responsibility, looking to vent.

I don't mean to diminish your story, but the account is only 10 days old and the post/comment history is just this post. I don't see a reason to make a new account just because you were banned from another subreddit. Unless you scrubbed your history, I do have to question the legitimacy of your story.
