The “pay gap” is probably the most widely-cited example of supposed disadvantages faced by women today. It is also totally misleading, as it is only a snapshot of average yearly full-time incomes that does not account for overtime (about 90% male), type of work, or other non-discriminatory, voluntary factors. Carrie Lukas talked about the wage gap that exists between men and women. If people claim discrimination the burden of proof is on them.

Using facts in an argument with a feminist is just the wrong approach. They don't know them and don't respect them. Throw the truth out there for the record but don't expect it to do anything. Instead attack their honesty and sincerity.
