It needs to be gender neutral already… Sick and tired of how feminists, particularly Mary P. Koss, helped push for the sexist definition to remain.

And why? Well, so that the overwhelming majority of perpetrators of rape could only be men, just so they could associate a heinous act with almost only men, with the whole, “Teach men not to rape”, as if women are so innocent.

Not sure about the thread but Mary P. Koss is probably the person you are talking about.

Excerpt from her Wikipedia page.

On the issue of male victims of rape, Koss has written: "Although consideration of male victims is within the scope of the legal statutes, it is important to restrict the term rape to instances where male victims were penetrated by offenders. It is inappropriate to consider as a rape victim a man who engages in unwanted sexual intercourse with a woman." (Koss 1993 pp 206-207). Elsewhere, she has argued that it is impossible for a woman to rape a man: "How would [a man being raped by a woman] happen… how would that happen by force or threat of force or when the victim is unable to consent? How does that happen?", adding that she would describe this as "unwanted contact".

When you also realize that the majority of women actually convicted of sex crimes are plead down, and not do not have to register and have there record sealed.

They purposely want society to believe only men are evil.

I don’t know the FBI definition but my definitions for female perpetrators include coercion, threats, physical force, sex with an intoxicated person while she is sober, sex with someone sleeping/unconscious, and stealthing which is lying about birth control/removing a condom. I would hope the FBI agree that rape definitions should be the same for anyone regardless of gender.

In my country the legal definition of rape requires penetration or 'entering the body'. So forced unwanted 'normal' sex that is forced by woman to a man doesn't constitute as rape as the women doesn't enter the mens body.

Is this the definition of rape in the US for the court system or the US in general? I know it is the case for the CDC. If it is the definition of rape for the courts then that is pretty messed up that it isn't gender neutral by now.
