That statement implies women make lots of false allegations. The system is already biased in favor of women. Men can be convicted without evidence, based solely on the testimony of a woman. However, even when the false allegation made by a woman is proven (eg the accuser admits it), the false accuser is still usually not charged.

The threshold to convict a man of rape is lower than the threshold to charge a woman with making a false allegation. it is already biased in favor of women.

They are also conflating an unproven false allegation with a proven one. If there's proof of a false allegation, that should have not effect on a woman making a true allegation; they are completely different.

In 62% of cases, the false accusers were reported to be females. Often, the false allegation was made in the context of a child custody dispute — 27% of cases.

A penalty for murder would stop more murderers from coming forward.

A penalty for theft would stop thieves from returning the items they stole.

There is no reason for swatting. It's childish behavior that gets innocent people killed. In addition the trauma it would cause the officer for shooting that person. I do agree there should be massive penalties for false accusations against men and women.

I guess if we can't punish women who make false rape accusations then the next best thing would be to setup a system that adequately compensates men who are victims of false accusations?

Things along the lines of:

1) The criminal conviction, time served and the entire case being expunged / locked in his record to the point that he does NOT have to disclose it to any potential employer

2) A public apology from the courts for getting it wrong

3) Monetary compensation based upon a / multiple formulas which aim to account for and compensate (As much as we can) for the false incarceration

Something along the lines of X amount per month spent incarcerated + a lump sum of Y for each month served for emotional harm + Z which is the average of his wages over that period of time.

All of course tax free..

Unlike in the UK where if you are a man who it finds out was falsely accused or crucial evidence was hidden / not disclosed to the defense.. then the max compensation you are able to get is $1 Million..

But to add insult to injury they then charge you room and board for the period of time you spent locked up which is frankly fucking disgusting!

Yes, Rape is an absolutely horrible crime and those who do commit rape SHOULD be held accountable and should face punishment..
However our current system is NOT working and has been weaponized by women against men.

Yes, Feminists will try to deflect by trying to say how "Rare" false accusations are saying that 2-10% of accusations are provably false..
But they are also trying to imply that 98 - 92% of all other cases are "Factually true" when in reality we don't know how many cases of accusations are false as many of the cases will be dismissed on the grounds of "Not enough evidence to convict" this doesn't mean it was a false accusation but neither does it mean the accusation was "True" either..

Its a hard process but it certainly isn't helped by our legal system having seemingly thrown out the idea of "Innocent until PROVEN guilty" in favor to kowtowing to our feminist overlords with their cries of "Believe ALL Women!!!"

Disagree with this as it would stop genuine victims coming forward and the bigger picture would become much worse. Its rare that men are wrongly convicted yes it happens but its rare.
