It's a dance my school is having that's girls only, meaning I can't go with my girlfriend. She got a ticket and I wasn't allowed to buy one. Try bringing up the idea of a boy's only dance, and you're automatically seemed a sexist bigot. This double standard is completely ridiculous. I'm not nearly as upset about missing the dance as I am about gender discrimination being promoted at my school.
