These auto completions are based on algorithms... More people search for women's rights, so it's assuming you are too.

It even comes up with Did You Mean... on the results page, which is usually limited to typos or when displaying few results. This is clearly not the case for either, so seems rather orchestrated to me.

Just stop using google, they censor search results to manipulate your world view into what they want. I moved to bing which has the same quality of search results minus the google bias and censorship. I’ve heard good things about DuckDuckGo. You can’t complain about what a website does if you keep supporting them, because they don’t give a fuck about anything as long as you keep using google.
