I'd like to preface my comment by saying a few things. I have been lonely real lonely for the last few years. I dropped 50 pounds since the beginning of this year and things started to improve but I settled. I met a girl (she's 24 but acts like a child) and extremely attractive. She had her problems but being lonely I wanted to be around her and possibly help her (since she reminded me of myself in many ways).

Fast forward to last night. We went to hang out at her local bar then went back to her place and as usual her "friends" followed us back. She has a prescription of xanax so people wanted to buy and use her pills. She did a few and long story short she ends up hitting me 3 times in the face with her fist. As a man I didn't strike her back but she pushed me to the side and I broke her window falling back into it. She also stretched my shirt which I could careless about because I am much more upset by being treated as a dog.

Her friend just called me saying she would call the cops if I didn't pay for their window because they are poor or whatever. So my question is this, Do I file my own police complaint before she does or do I just pay for it?

Personally I want to throw my 40 dollar shirt in their window and say that hey guess what my shirt is more expensive then your fucking window and I really don't want to involve myself with them at all.

So what should I do?

tl;dr: Was assaulted and pushed against a window that broke and had my shirt ripped now they want me to pay for the broken window even though my shirt is more expensive than the repair. Now they are talking about making a police complaint if I don't pay for the window repairs. What should I do?
