How do we prevent /r/MensRights from being colonized?

I'll address point (1) and leave 2 and 3 to the mods.

I've been a moderator on other online forums dealing with highly politically-charged subjects long enough to know the basic MO of online infiltration campaigns. There are different levels of intensity, varying from "general noise-injection" to "individual-user targeted intimidation and takedown".

From what I have observed on MR so far, I have seen the following tactics used:

"Tell us your story of that time you (committed a crime)" - this is a common one used by police agencies basically fishing for confessions of real crimes they have on file, and they're looking for a circumstantial match to the details of a crime on their backlog. The IP of the poster would be tracked and followed up in the investigation should someone post something that closely matched.
"I'm SO ANGRY, and sometimes I just want to hurt someone". This is a variation of the tactic above, where the investigatory agency is basically putting out a fabricated identity that is filled with rage or whatever, in order to elicit imitative confessions from sub participants.
"Don't you just HATE WOMEN?" This is a tactic, probably being deployed by SJW groups with IRL funding, to elicit misogynistic rants from board participants. The idea is to incite more and more of the lurking misogynists to come out and vent their vile attitudes, thus painting the overall sub as a haven for misogynists.
"Look at this ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE that PROVES that women are evil, terrible creatures!" This is a variation on the above tactic, again, drawing out the lowest mentality participants on the sub to flood it with sub-standard reasoning and barely conscious venting. All sorts of fallacies are encouraged, but the big-hitters are: sweeping generalizations, strawmen, red herrings, causality-from-correlation, distinction without a difference and false-equivalence. The mods should consider putting a link to a guide to informal fallacies in the sidebar.

These seem to be the biggest infiltration tactics I'm noticing so far. False-equivalence and sweeping-generalization seem to be especially common. "If women were treated just like men" or vice-versa is extremely common and completely misguided, because men are not like women, thus, it doesn't make any sense to ask for them to be treated equally. In fact, this is the founding error of feminism... the bizarre assertion that men and women are indistinguishable. The first task of those who seek to roll back the injustices brought about under the banner of feminism, is to confront this bizarre notion that men and women are indistinguishable. Drawing false equivalence between men and women only reaffirms this notion, it does not challenge it.

Sweeping generalizations are also common on this sub. "This woman is a b---h. Thus, all women are b---hes." Not only is this a fallacy, it is obviously misogynistic and those who participate in these hate-on-women threads only reinforce the notion that this sub is a haven of misogynists.

So, let them try. Its not like their arguments are so strong that MRAs generally lose. Just make sure they abide by the mod rules.

I like this sub coz its a debate hall on gender issues, not a echo chamber like /r/Feminism and i certainly wouldnt want it to turn into one.

This sub has already fallen quite a ways from it's former glory; it was akin to a think tank, now it's just an echo chamber. Most SJWs aren't actually bigots, they are simply too stupid to grasp reality, and even the best intentions can come off bigoted when based on false data. This sub has quite a few similarly idiotic people in it these days.

Seems to me that the worst damage is caused by feminists who get themselves installed as mods/admins/whatever and then there's no control on their actions.

So, yeah, let's not have any feminist mods and we should be fine.

This sub has been 'colonized' for quite some time already. The mods fell down on the job big time. But that was likely because they flat out agree with feminism most of the time.

When you think about it, feminists only have 3 arguments- Risque Media, Rape and Discrimination in Africa. All we need to do is shut down 2 arguments and 66.66% of their arguments are gone.

Plus, 1 is basically a self-destruct button. The Rape has been debunked hundreds of times already.

We can easily argue that if they don't get off their butts and log off Tumblr, they will NEVER solve the Africa part...

And the media- well, then how come you just yell at us about it? If you want it done, GET UP YOUR BUTT. STOP FLICKRING AND DO SOMETHING.

There used to be a 4th main reason but it was literally a stage 4 tumor in feminism...
