To me it seems a paranoid way to blame everything on all the men in charge even though either A) women don't run for office as much therefor arent a bigger majority or B) they just arent qualified and the voters don't vote for them.

I mean where is the evidence? Oh the steroetypes that boys should be strong and masculine and not feminen. Wait what? I would rather have a male child that acts like me and doesn't go play with dolls and tea parties. If he does well, I will deal with that when/if it happens but I won't discourage, I will just choose to not encourage and try to offer more things I see as masculine. Thats not patriarchy, thats raising your boy to be like you. I would raise my daughter the same way just with a bit of a softer hand.

The patriarchy is what gives women more alimony and child support, no thats men tired of hearing women whine and complain so we try to give you a fair shot and you've taken advantage of the situation in a gross manner and here.

The patriarchy enforces gender divides. No biology actually favors men with strength and endurance where women raise children, almost ALL mammals do this. Not our fault that we continue to follow biology and it will take a bit more time for our society to change. ( I know theres more to it than this but at 4 am I am just not seeign what else I could add here)

The patriarchy holds women back, no the hell it doesn't. Women are their own worst enemy in the job market and education. Your lack of self confidence or grossly disproportionate self confidence hurts you the most. Either you wait till you 100% positive that you can do it then try where as a guy may try something just to try it (IE shooting for a job) or you believe life owes you something and you fall flat on your face and blame men when reality smacks you with the hard hand of life. Your not a special little princess, you have to work for what you want. Quit asking for hand outs and work for it.

Sorry for the rant, I am just tired of seeing all this blame put on men for other peoples failures. You want something, you have to earn it. Life sucks get over it.
