Conservatism is not necessarily pro-men's rights

On r/mensrights I usually see a more right-leaning sentiment, typically in support of conservatism. But inherently, conservatism has nothing to do with helping men. If anything, conservatism actively stigmatizes male sexuality.

For instance, I saw several posts from conservative women online lambasting the sexual revolution of the 60s and saying that women shouldn't be outwardly sexual because it satisfies male sexual desires. This is typically the same argument many conservative women use against things like sex work, porn, etc. In many ways their rhetoric is indistinguishable from notorious man-haters like Andrea Dworkin, who not-so-coincidentally actively reached out to conservative women to work with them to reach mutual goals. In many ways they are just sex-negative feminists aka misandrists, who are even worse than the sex-positive ones.
