Not the first I've brought this up but damn do I need to post this and rant after I damn near had a swearing fit at work when earlier at my bookstore job I had to help a customer find a book in the Women's Studies section (and of course there's no such section for men) and I'm seeing books with blurbs about how we live in a man's world, the world is designed for men, etc. the usual garbage along with books talking about fighting misogyny and how men are sexist to women and wish harm upon women, but as you'd expect no books also fighting misandry and acknowledging women also do exactly the same to men. Tell me how #KillAllMen and misandrists saying they want to abort male children isn't vile bigotry and wishing harm, and let's not forget the doozy that's the T-shirt that said "Boys are stupid, throw rocks at them." So many examples of female on male bigotry and violence-wishing and of course, nobody is bothering to take action against it. And of course that garbage misandrist publication Ms. Magazine which for decades has been spewing misandrist filth that's exactly this kind of BS also promoted by these books. FFS, one of the writers for that magazine had the audacity to say girls abusing boys isn't a problem... process that.

Just how is the world we live in a "man's world" and how is it designed solely for men? Unless one's idea of a "man's world" is for it to be okay and perfectly acceptable for men and boys to constantly be discriminated against. Misandry always being denied or not made out to be as big an issue as misogyny, female sexism against men always being denied, female on male violence never taken seriously and not seen as a problem despite how rampant it is, society's failure to still acknowledge male victims of female rape and sex offenses, no campaigns to also raise awareness about anti-male sexism and violence against men, boys doing so poorly in schools, etc. The whole notion of it being a "man's world" is more misandrist complaining and trying to deflect from issues affecting men and boys. Men/women and boys/girls both have hardships and struggles in life but as always misandrists only ever want to focus on things affecting women and girls, and always want to make men and boys out to be the problem and the sworn enemy of the female gender. The garbage that's promoted in these books only throws fuel on that fire.

I had to rant about this. I'm sure many here feel exactly as I do and are beyond sick and tired to death of it.
