some time ago, italian parliament baked out a brand new law called "pink numbers" (quote rosa).

basically, EVERY corporation and even statal organs's workers must be women by a third.

just now my family got bashed in the head by this beautifully crafted law.

my father (57) works for an international British phone company in soutern Italy, and since there are heavy taxes for corporations who don't hire the required number of women his company went in a firing frenzy, firing a third of the personnel in his location and hiring women with little to no competence in the field.

luckily he managed to not to get fired asking a "favor" to HR head. now tell me, how a 57 y.o. man, with two sons could find a enough profitable Job in a contry where bachelors work at Mcdonald's or go abroad.

Without metioning that companies run by females get extra funding by the governament and our lovely senate president had the courage to say "I ask forgiveness to all women for every men's account, because violence is a problem that originates from us"
