I'll attempt a clean English translation.

The new law that was passed, either lobbied for of passed by Korean feminists, means that now if you even look at any image, pornographic of not, of a woman, and she feels "sexual shame" bdcause of it, she can report you and you can be legally charged, cpnvicted and sentenced to up to 3 years prison or an enormous fine. This law covers the creation, distribution, possession and even viewership of any such image and the conviction is based nog on any choice the person charged has made, but simply the feelings of the woman in the picture.

It's unclear if the law can be applied with a male victim or femald perpetrator.

Dude, Korean feminists are as disgusting. Just like in every other country. I made a post about the feminist Korean group Womad some time back. Basically a woman had raped a boy, and everyone on Womad was posting how lolicon (liking underaged girl children) is bad and criminal, but shotacon (liking underaged boy children) is good and a matter of sexual preference. Here's the article about it

So apparently looking at a woman's pictures (even if it isn't pornographic) is wrong, but literally raping boy children is a woman's right. Here's another man-hating Korean feminist group, Megalia. It's not just the West where this is an issue

I have some questions...

Is it a gendered law? Can only women sue the others? Or can a man also feel "sexual shame" and sue anybody?
How do you know who saw your picture?
What if you upload your picture on social media and if your privacy settings are such that anyone can see them, how can you sue other people?
What counts as sexual shame? Can I "feel" sexual shame if a photo of just my face is seen by someone?
There are some photos in the public domain and some that are owned by companies (like stock photos) that you can buy from them to use in your ad. Can you sue them?
What about models for some magazines and products where sexiness is the selling point?

The thing about this kind of laws is that it'll cause more harm than good, and can be easily misused.

That ruling must be challenged in South Korean court for being unconstitutional as it violates freedom of expression and due process as well as plethora of other human rights violations.
