You should keep your recordings secret and use them to provide the facts; and then only if you get into trouble.

To those who respond to the idea of Always Be Recording with dire warnings of how illegal it is: why are you so afraid of facts? It may be worth the risk, if you get into enough trouble. It may be the only objective evidence available. It may also be possible to use the evidence, yourself, without revealing you recorded it, to your advantage, eg in finding other witnesses in the vicinity.

If we are really getting into a situation where any sex with a drunk woman means rape - and it looks like we are - then any woman drinking, then having sex, is an accessory to rape. That's a real accusation that could be made.

This is pure fantasy. Yes, it's a lovely dream that women be held to account to the same level as men are, but it seems extraordinarily unlikely that you'll get it in this way.

For instance - for a drunk man to even conceptualize being taken advantage of by a hambeast while he was intoxicated would require an immense amount of priming to result in him considering himself a victim of sexual assault. Given that there isn't a massive network of people and institutions continuously telling men "you're a victim" that seems really unlikely to happen (and I say that as a person who was myself taken advantage of by a hambeast while in an altered mental state.)

The MHRM is important, the problems men face are real and solutions are needed. This seems to propose that equality can be achieved by men turning to the same brittle, hyperventilating victim ethos and presuming that the same rules will apply... which imo not only would that never happen (gynocentrism isn't going to go away just because men suffer), it's not something we as a society would want to have happen.

Do we really want an entire society built of whiny-ass titty babies?

^Edit To be clear, if a man is a victim of a crime he should report the crime of course. What we don't need is reciprocal nonsense like "I had a beer and she didn't so I was raped!" or "She threw a vial of potassium chloride at me, that's a salt!" becoming the norm.

It's sad but I think this is probably the best way to go. And once again it means the best way forward is to go dirty. But the fact is people just don't have compassion on men, but they do have a sense of fairness and equality. The way to get fair treatment for men is to make it happen to women too, and then stand back for the wave of people suddenly realizing that the laws are unjust because they happened to one woman.

I think that's an interesting take. Usually these cases happen when one of the people having sex accuses another of rape but I guess there's no reason why a third party can't make the report, and it makes a lot of sense because it would be super hard to get a man to deliberately put his own date in harms way. In fact you can bet he will react to defend her if someone else reports her. So both people will be against you but I think it still might work, because either the university must formally refuse to investigate a reported rape, or else they will have to put her through at least some of the same nasty treatment.

My own idea was to try to get any man accused of rape to immediately accuse the woman accusing him of rape. That would avoid the campaign coming across as an asshole, but it would be a lot rarer that you could get it to happen.

We don't have to imagine because we saw how feminists reacted when arrests for female DV perps rose already -- they worked to create police arresting guidelines that would specifically only arrest the men, never the woman. Even so their official arrest figures were wrecked so badly that they couldn't use them to deny the existence of male victims any more.

It's a nice concept on paper, but the few dudes swimming in it on tinder aren't likely to start prosecuting their matches.

You might be able to get guys who's relationships are about to end to do it.

Even so, men are less neotenous than women. Men's advocacy is an uphill battle in a physically secure and generally social setting.

Plan on being kicked out of college and going to prison. Secretly recording a person having sex in a place where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy is a crime.
