Actually it's very easy: "Patriarchy exists", "dominates everything" and "If you have another opinion, it is because patriarchy has gaslighted you to do so" are assumptions, no different from "earth is flat".

Whoever makes those statements has to prove them. They don't prove themselves.

Patriarchy theory was invented to remove men from power and transfer that power to women. But since there is no patriarchy women just took control of the social sphere and still retain control today.

The best argument against "The Patriarchy" that I can think of is if it actually existed, why would "The Patriarchy" allow feminism to be created and allow feminism to attempt to dismantle it? If some sort of cabal of men existed, one that every man was apart of, wouldn't attempting to topple said cabal be like committing suicide? Do you honestly believe that "The Patriarchy" would allow women any rights or freedoms?

What do you mean by patriarchy ? And do you think you are continuing the process of patriarchy by falling into old troupes about gender roles.

Regretfully I feel patriarchy has become a polarizing and mischaracterization of what it really is abusive/toxic behaviors. We need to focus on the behavior because we can teach how to stop it and how we are complicit in promoting it.

The best thing I ever read was from a feminist. She said if we want to end the cycle we must let men have a place to express their emotions and work through them in a supportive manner. Model the behavior we want don’t mimic the bad behavior we hate!

If a man disagrees with feminism it's because he's a mysoginist who is afraid of losing power.

If a woman disagrees with feminism it's because she's been brainwashed by patriarchy and because she wants to assimilate into the spheres of power she can belong to under it.

If gender non-conforming people disagree with feminism it's because of internalized homophobia and seeking to approval from hetero-patriarchy.

Feminism applies the same principle a lot of left-leaning discourse does. "I'm good, I know what's best for you, you must listen to me; and if you disagree, it's because you're either dumb or a terrible person".

Well, for those of you who missed it, it is a simplified take on the basic premise of people who claim these kind of nonsense. There can be no argument against this claims, because the basic claim of discussion is being silenced. This is a cyclic argument, there is no exit.
