I didn't have time to read it all closely. But skimming down it and doing a few searches, the focus seems to be more/much more on female victims, with little talk of male victims even though presumably there are more of them (at least numerically).

It's actually rather fascinating and horrifying to watch how Just Detention International (which used to be Stop Prison Rape) has white washed and marginalized unacceptable victims in favour of promoting the female victim male perp dichotomy.

Number of times "women", "woman", or "female" is used: 28, 24 referring to rape inmates, 4 referring to staff.

Number of times "men", "man", or "male" is used: 15, of which 9 are referring to inmates, and 6 are referring to staff.

Note that this article exclusively talks about staff on inmate abuse, so read "inmate" as "rape victim" and "staff" as "rapist."

If he really wanted to stop that he'd end the war on drugs and the war on civil liberties.
