Just remember guys, this will apply to Vasagel or any other male-centric contraception.

Anything that impedes access to contraceptives for women will, ultimately, have bad effects on men until we have something that allows men to have a suitable option.

Regardless of what you think about women's contraception and the Affordable Care Act, this is a terrible decision.

Individuals are people. Someone decided long ago that charities are people too, because they involve people (individual people) with similar beliefs (which is demonstrably false, but whatever). Today, the Court decided that because charitable corporations are people, so are for-profit corporations of any size that are family-owned, even though they clearly are made up of people with divergent interests and values. Until you can show me a prison for corporations (and charities), they aren't people, and should not be treated as people. Seriously, this is bull. People are people. Individuals.
RFRA (a Democratic bill signed into law by Clinton) gives to "people" the ability to opt out of laws, based on their religious belief, or fairy tales, or Harry Potter (it has to, because the Court cannot decide what is a legitimate religion, and what is a significant burden to that religion, and what isn't, due to the 1st Amendment). RFRA should be repealed immediately, or you will rapidly see the Swiss-cheesing of the US legal system. I suppose it's a libertarian dream, but for anyone who is in any way a minority, it's going to be a big problem.

One should not be able to selectively limit insurance policies based on religious preferences.

Their obligation as an employer is to provide insurance. If insurance isn't mandated to cover birth control by default that's on Obama, not the employer. It's a very simple "loophole" to fix.

Kind of like how single men were required to buy policies that covered accidental pregnancies and neonatal care.
