I just posted this on TwoXChromosomes just to see what the reaction would be. I'm sure its going to be negative. Figured I'd get a completely different perspective here.

First off I am a guy, I occasionally browse this sub (TwoXChromosomes) for kicks and giggles and with all the stories of drunken sex being called rape I figured I'd share a situation that happened to me last Valentines day. So I am friends with this girl, we have had sex in the past but she decided it was too complicated to be friends and have sex so the sex had to stop. She even went as far as to say we couldn't share a bed when we hung out and one of us needed to sleep on the couch.

Last Valentines day neither one of us was seeing anyone and I invited her over, cooked dinner and we watched a movie. We also split a 1/5th of whiskey. So when it came time to go to bed being a decent guy, I offered her my bed and took the couch. Within a couple of minutes of laying down I hear her calling my name. When I check on her she saids she is "scared" and can I sleep next to her. Sure thing no problem.... As soon as I hop in she starts saying how she wanted to make out with me as soon as she walked in earlier but didn't want things to get weird.

She then starts making out with me and things progress fairly quickly to both of us touch each other ect... Now mind you I just drank half a 1/5th theres no way I could drive a car and guess what she is in the same situation. I end up going down on her, she knows that when its late and I've been drinking once I cum I'm going right to bed so I always would go down on her first. After about 20 minutes of oral which ended with her sitting on top of me and grinding her clit into my tongue till she came. I then went to get a condom out of the dresser and she saids we aren't having sex... Ok? so are you at least going to blow me?... Nope you said you hooked up with "so and so" last weekend and she is kinda slutty. I proceed to tell her I used a condom like I always do and she just said good but I'm going to bed.

I woke up the next morning feeling pretty used, like I was just some sex toy. It was definitely wrong what she did. She totally took advantage of my drunken state for her own enjoyment. And for all I know I was the one who drank 3/4s of the liquor and she only had a 1/4. So did she rape me? Absolutely not, or at least I don't consider it rape. But it seems like if the roles were reversed and I did that to her after we had the conversation to not have sex again, and after we decided to not sleep in the same bed everyone would be screaming rape.

Fact of the matter is it takes two to tango, I was drunk off my ass but I still knew what I was doing. Would I have done it sober? Probably not but thats the thing about alcohol its clouds your judgement. I felt bad about it the next morning and I felt used.... shit happens you live you learn. As a women if you wanna go out, flirt with a bunch of guys all night so that they buy you drinks, end up going home with one of them, have sex and wake up the next morning regretting it. Calling it rape sounds a bit absurd. Unless the guy drugged you, forced himself on you, or had sex with you while you where passed out its not rape. Because chances are that guy who you willing left the bar with is just as drunk if not more drunk than you.
