I don't get it. Shouldn't the father's signature be on the adoption papers as well? How can a child be adopted without consent of the father?

Its sad that these stories only appear on Fox News, a site that has become identified with right wing lunatics in the eyes of many people.

It's also sad that one of the only reason this story is getting any attention is because this guy is a soldier.

These people already had FIVE FUCKING CHILDREN before illegally adopting Teleah (the name her birth father calls her by) and they are planning on appealing the decision.

Utah has developed a bad reputation when it comes oot adoptions. There has been a run of these baby-snatching adoptions and most of them involve Utah one way or another.

In this case the adoption agency was clearly negligent in making checks.

Of course it is the lying snake of a wife who is most at fault. The state should grant him sole custody of both children rather than expose them to her influences.

I got so fucking angry when I read this yesterday. There should be no question what happens. Judge needs to give this soldier back his daughter and make some heads roll.
