Hmm you seem to have missed the point. The point is women earn less than men who are doing the same jobs. The woman has an equal education, majoring in the same thing, works just as hard as the man at the same position, yet earns less.

I ain't downvoting you, I am just pointing out that the joke is that feminists tend to make/join their own majors, which obviously doesn't help them get a real paying job, and then complain that the reason they can't get a good paying job is patriarchy.

The numbers studying things that could remotely be regarded as feminist created majors are so small that your claim would require us to conclude that to the first approximation feminists don't exist.

Based Mom here is simply pointing that out.

You've not studied advertising. Which is fair enough it gets very depressing very quickly. To start with she wanted to simply point things out she would probably have used a degree that actually exists.

If you want to get rid of the male/female gender pay gap, you have to study majors that actually feed into high paying jobs.

Seen the gender ratios in medicine lately? The problem with that line of argument is that its hard to predict what will be paying well when you leave uni. Remember when law paid well?

You can't just study humanities and expect to get paid the same as an Engineer.

Depends what and where you study.
