I believe that they are just human beings, and like all human beings they are liable to abuse power.

The problem is that, in general, people try to believe this to be not true. If women and men actually accepted women as equal in this regard, even though it is often expressed in different ways, we would all be far better off.

With the constant rise of feminism and the somewhat rampant "need" to see the gender aspect in pretty much everything it's harder and harder to see people as individuals.

We are both our sex and our individual selves though, this is true for all people. As a man I have a certain point of view, certain experiences, and certain reactions that a woman is not very likely to have. Even though I try to be objective I don't think it's humanly possible to be truly objective.

I still try to see people as people, they don't choose their sex but they do choose their ideology and I have realized more and more that people who ascribe to feminist ideology are quite difficult to interact with should a relating topic ever come up. This is true even for those feminists who say (and actually "believe") that they want the equality for both men and women. These people generally eat up much of other feminist talking points as well, though they may not buy the more radical feminist ideas they still listen to at least some of the academic teachings. They don't see what you and I see, and to convince them takes a serious effort and it's one that can tire you out quickly.

I find myself more and more alone in the world because of what I realize and what I see. The moderates who are feminists because feminism = good and don't think much more about it become hypocrites in my eyes and I find it difficult to engage socially with them.

I would definitely suggest taking a break from reading this sub and any related stuff for a while. In plain terms reading a lot of stuff here makes me feel bad, even if it's a good thing that these things come to light the bad feeling you get from reading these reports etc will bleed into other parts of your life.

Try to take a week where you don't read the news, where you stay away from politics, where you simply focus on reading things that entertain you and make you feel good and positive. I know this sounds "self helpy" but I find that it actually makes a huge difference on my overall mood and perspective of life.

The Red Pillers are right. They take their theories and test them in the field. And time and time again, Red Pill predictions are borne out. This does not mean that r/redpill is not full of wannabee alphas or that there is no anger, idiocy or misogyny on that forum, but the fundamental ideas, though counter-intuitive to many, are right.

I really do have faith in the idea that women can learn to respect men's rights. The Honey Badgers are proof positive.

The honey badgers are like, 6-7 women. They are a very small exception.

I certainly don't think whatever feminists call the patriarchy is a great system for men. Too many unnecessary obligations and burdens.

And about your developing beliefs, I don't want to say they are wrong. Everyone learns from their experiences. No need to be apologetic about what your experiences teach you.

I don't subscribe to red pill ideology. My mother is the kindest and most generous person I know; my sister is a hardworking physician; my grandmother was a saint.

Just wanted to say none of this actually runs counter to red pill philosophy. It's not predicated on the belief that women can't be kind, generous, hard-working or saintly. It simply states that accepted beliefs about gender relations are a constructed myth, and that contrary to the feminist version of things women and men generally revert to instinctive roles in mating choices. RP would state that although your girlfriend is a good person, she cannot help in certain situations but to behave in a way which benefits her as a female in a society that simultaneously rewards her for doing so and conceals her efforts. Yes, many RPs are also assholes. But that's people for ya.
