Like I recall a country eliminated down syndrome or something cause the women didn't want retarded kids.

Same with husband kids not actually being his. If such a situation occurred they believe that the husband is a loser and deserved it and it's a woman's choice.

If he didn't want such an outcome he should have done something to prevent it from ever getting to that point but of course they think this but demonize jealousy in men as controlling behavior.

In another life, I knowingly raised another man's kid. Young men, don't do it. It is emotionally and financially expensive for a quite unsatisfying result no matter how hard you try. You wanna feel always wrong? Raise someone else's child...

I read it all, and there's crucial pieces missing. It's no mistakes but deliberate misleadings. Fairly evil if you ask me.

The claim that social fathers who want to remain as such, shouldn't be eligible for compensation upon discovering they're not the progenitor. This makes sense until you consider the missing part. In the event of divorce (very likely circumstance), this man has absolutely no claim of custody. Hell, he should have a strong case by default because there should be immediate doubt on the mothers suitability, but Nope!

In this instance, genetics is all that matters, and this writer went through so much trouble telling us acting as a father should account for so much more than genetics.

The other huge problem with this text is that it jumbles up past and present on purpose. The writer dismissed immediate DNA testings on birth (which is the sensible solution). The argument again was that an established parenting bond should account for more than genetics, but at the time of birth there haven't been any such yet.

The writer says that mandatory testing would define fatherhood to only be about progeny. Yes, you lying snake! At this point in time (before any actual parenting has taken place) that's all what fatherhood is, and none of the reasonings regarding the existing decieved fathers even apply here.

The writer thinks you're stupid and cannot grasp dichotomies (rulesets that may drastically differ from one another in before and after scenarios)

For a morally coherent (non-manipulative) argument, she should have A. Given the decieved fathers a huge leg up in potential custody proceedings B. Concured to mandatory fatherhood tests on birth, from here on out.

Oh, I see. Sure she cheated on him and then lied to him by telling him he was the father, but that doesn't mean she wronged him if she simply thought that he would be a better father than her secret lover, or if she didn't want her infidelity to break the family apart. She did the right thing by not telling him that the kid wasn't his.

And yes, the author is a woman. Another evil, self-centered woman who I assume wrote this as a means of justifying her own infidelity.

I guess women should be greatfull for getting pregnant by men even by R and should be against abortion too. Motherhood begins at conception?

I wonder if the women who wrote this would be willing to take care of a child if its from her husband's mistress?

Blood tests are legal and can be done without the consent of the mother. However, results are not admissible in court. You're still going to pay for little Timmy until he's 18.
