the SAFER Act’s definition is “any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, regardless of whether it is direct or indirect, or verbal or nonverbal . . . .”

They are diluting the definition to leave it on the interpretation of how the accuser feels at the moment. Times are dangerous. Tell your sons about the dangers of these new female praying mantis rules.

I've always been a strong supporter of MGTOW. I know that's not universally popular on this sub and hated on Reddit overall.

But we used to have a saying, "MGTOW doesn't recruit. People find us." I can't imagine anything that would make people find MGTOW more than this.

Hmm so if I feel that a woman wearing a blouse that shows a little cleavage is of a sexual nature and I find that unwelcome, that can count as sexual harassment??? Someone didn't think this through.

In case anyone misses the gravity of this change let this sink in. If this passes the following are possible violations that can get you expelled.

Asking someone in your class of they want to Netflix and chill after a few dates
Doodling a penis in the margin of your notes.

Those are the easy ones that everyone will jump to thinking of. There are some others I think people are missing. Here are some other ways this might be abused:

Makeup can be considered sex based conduct by some. Since this change relies entirely on the other party's opinion what happens when someone claims they find a woman's makeup too sexual and finds it offensive?
Women wearing spaghetti straps or revealing "too much" skin is seen as offensive and is not welcomed by some. Do they risk getting expelled now?
A boner-for-no-reason might get someone expelled.
Some lgbt-unfriendly schools will use this to expel people that don't conform to gender norms. It's only a matter of time before someone says two gay dudes holding hands is unwelcome conduct or talking about gay people existing is unwelcome. I fully expect that this will be used to expel someone who is gay for asking someone who is straight out on a date. This whole thing will 100% be abused to target lgbt people.
