Apologies if this seems similar to other posts I've made recently, after my initial post, and the comments I got in response , I've started thinking about other incidents and aspects of my Sex life. Rather than asking abstract questions I decided to stick with describing specific incidents and asking for comments. I think after the comments I got on previous posts I've developed a masochistic streak, anyway I'm trying to be as honest as I can.

I spent some time working with a guy recently in fairly basic conditions. He's a ridiculously nice guy, very capable and easy to work with. However he does get very tightly wound on occasions especially when we end up working with idiots.

One day he was getting pretty stressed about something. I didn't really give a shit being more used to dealing with utter Sutpidity than he was.

As he got more and more worked up, it was starting to create a bit of a scene. I was cold, wet and tired and not interested in things that weren't my Job.

Without trying to skip over why I decided to do it. I ended up wanking him off. Which took less than a minute. I told him point blank that I had no interest in sex and I knew he wasn't going to tell anyone.

At that point he was fine. I didn't consider it sex, I didn't let him touch me sexually that was all that happened. He seemed genuinely appreciative, though also embarrassed. I've done this before on occasion with men, and I gave him my little talk about how this is the limit of what we were doing etc etc.

The next morning he was all happy and just a joy to work with, so I did it again.

I might have chosen too provocative a title for this post. I felt I was doing him (and me) a favor. Essentially I used sex as a way to persuade him to calm down and act in a way that he knew he needed to.

I've curious to hear from on whether it was manipulation or persuasion.
