Yeah, I knew a someone who claimed her bf abused her (she put makeup on to look like she got hurt) I accidentally touched it to feel it and it started wiping off. The funny part was when she fake recoiled in pain.

He's lucky someone got video evidence. Without it, all cops have to go on is marks on her which will land him on jail. I don't think they'll care enough to investigate the marks.

Unless you have video evidence like this, you are screwed. There is nobody who will believe you, you will have to bend over backward to defend yourself and she won't have to prove a single thing. The best outcome you have is to settle out of court for a monumental sum of money and an acquittal. The most likely is a domestic violence charge, 6 months in prison and a mark on your name forever.

There is a good chance you'll be arrested, but you should demand that the police take photos of your hands and her hands. You will obviously not have any injuries but likely she will to her hands. You should also instruct your attorney to find any and all cameras from businesses around where this happened. Any skillful attorney should be able to get you off

Some false cases got dropped because a woman got caught on camera hitting herself in the face an hour before calling the cops.

I'm just schizo enough to actually want full time recordings so I can throw peoples words back at them later when they conveniently forget the absolute chimp shit they say sometimes, if not just in case I need evidence of what I did or didnt do at 8:32 pm.
