He can't, hence the reason this is a serious issue for the MRM. As men, we can either abstain from ever being alone with a women or simply have an optimistic outlook that some woman won't exploit the legal system.

Did it ever? I mean back in the day if a woman was a prostitute or otherwise known to be of lose morals then the guy had a chance but for regular woman? I don't think so. The only difference is that now the woman can be a whore and a criminal with a record and still she must be believed over multiple men (as happened with the Duke lacrosse team business).

If the woman is obviously lying to an unbiased observer he may still go to jail. If she is reasonably sympathetic and does not get caught telling people she is lying there is no defense. You just go to jail.

Pay another woman to say you raped her at the time the alleged rape occurred, in a location at least 50 miles distant? She won't be charged for lying in case it discourages other rape victims, and they can't both be right.

Yes, legal one-party audio recording are is an MRM issue. We should push for them to be legal evidence when used in defence at least.

Make sure you bring in a camera or voice recorder, times have shown that its used as evidence or if you haven't been with said women make sure to have dated receipts of places you've been or a witness to where you have been.
