Good that this is getting attention, but they still didn’t say “rape” in the title.

[+]omegaphallic -14 points-13 points-12 points 8 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

Nor should they if there is consent,, even if said doesn't count, does not mean it doesn't exist.

Don't get me wrong it's morally wrong, but reality doesn't change based on our feeling about an event, a yes doesn't magical vanish into thin air because we understandablely decide that the person in question is too young to make that choice.

I don't want people think that I believe it's okay for teachers to declare open season on banging their students, just that the punishment should fit the transgression.

[–]Jex117 16 points17 points18 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Kids and teens can't legally consent. Just because they say yes doesn't mean it's consensual.

[–]omegaphallic -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

So if you kids fool around with each other it's rape?

Of course they can consent, it's just doesn't make something okay if they do, such as in the case where a child is molested an adult they trust, the consent exists, but it's still morally wrong and disgusting and the adult needs to be punish, severally, or institutionalized if found mentally unfit for public safety.

[–]Jex117 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm not sure about your country, but here in Canada, teens 14-17 can legally consent to sex with one another but not adults, and anyone 13 or under cannot legally consent under any circumstances.

I'm not sure why you have trouble with this concept.

[–]omegaphallic -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm Canadian, and maybe you should your research better, because raising the age of consent was not that long ago, it used to be an age limit of 14, it was changed under either Paul Martin or Steven Harper to 16.

I remember that the NDP critic for GLBT issues got demoted from critic for refusing to vote increasing the age limit by Jack Layton. I support the critics choice and did not agree with how Jack Layton handled it.

But again what is written legal codes does not change history some how, an event that occurs, occurs even if it isn't legally recognized.

I want to make it clear that is not me condoning trolling for minors for sex, I just don't believe in calling it rape, if consent, even illegal consent existed.

And your wrong, 16 and 17 years old can consent to sex with an adult as long as said adult is NOT in a position of authority over the teen in Canada, check the laws.

My mom was only 16 when by dad got her pregnate, he was 21, it was completely legal.

[+]immibis -6 points-5 points-4 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I still think it would make sense to have a different name though.

[–]Jex117 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It does, it's known as 'statutory rape,' but at the end of the day minors can't consent. No consent = rape.

Rape is rape. Call it what it is.

[–]immibis -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

When you call 15yo people having sex with each other "rape", it diminishes the shock value of actual rape.

[–]Jex117 -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

15yo people having sex with each other "rape"

This isn't about teens having sex with each other, it's about pedophiles in positions of power over these teens, and how they establish predacious relationships.

Rape is rape. Call it what it is.

[–]8880886 12 points13 points14 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Age dictates consent dude, if they are not of age to consent it's rape.

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Age dictates if the consent matters when judging if it is allowable, not if it exists at all, humans don't change time and space to make someone giving consent not happen, the laws can say the consent is not valid because of age, and within reason that makes sense, but it doesn't mean the consent did not exist in the first place, merely that if it's a child for example, the consent is not an acceptable defence.

So it's not rape, it's a crime, an unethical, unprofessional, immoral, but not rape.

[–]8880886 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

We found the pedophile ^

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Go fuck yourself, I have never had sex with a minor as an adult ever you fucking good damn douche bag. You crossed the line on that one. Just because I have a difference of legal opinion then you does not make such a dangerous smear like that okay, especially in this day and age, where people get ruined for mere rumours.

Insult me all you want, but that crosses the line and I demand an apology.

[–]Neko404 39 points40 points41 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because women’s sexuality is a gift. Men’s sexuality is predatory.

[–]slacktivist0 44 points45 points46 points 8 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

Because it reflects the reality of differences between men and women. It's why equality under law doesn't mean a hill of beans if it is embedded in a gynocentric culture eager to cater to every woman.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

Not sure i get your drift. Are you saying it's okay to have the double standard or not okay?

[–]xNOM 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (8 children) | Copy Link

Not going to put words in his mouth, but IMO it's a natural phenomenon. "Gynocentric culture" implies it can be changed though legislation or policy. It can't.

Two Three statistical facts to be interpreted in the context of populations:

  • women are control freaks

  • peak male testosterone occurs in high school

  • teen girl libido << teen boy libido. There is a supply and demand problem.

Are there boys who require protection from these predators? Absolutely. How does this number compare to the number of girls who need protection? I'm going to guess it's much smaller. On the one hand, it makes a lot of sense to apply the law equally. On the other hand, males getting less protection than females is part of what being male is. In most other animal species as well. In humans, it's why females are mediocre and why the upper and lower extremes are mostly male. Protection has a downside. Protection is a double-edged sword for populations.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

This is totally stupid. How does it affect the fact that teen boys are less psychologically mature than teen girls? How does it affect the fact that they have less options in the face of an unwanted pregnancy? It doesn't. If anything, the boys face worse consequences and hence need MORE protection, not less.

[–]xNOM 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

It depends what age we are talking about here. For 13-year-olds as a group, I would agree with you. For 17-year-olds as a group I would not. But like I already said, the variation is large, and it makes sense to apply the law equally.

EDIT: As far as consequences, compare a 13-year-old getting another 13-year-old pregnant vs. getting a teacher pregnant. This is the relevant comparison. END EDIT

Males always face worse consequences. That's the defining property of being male. And it's not completely a bad thing. Obsession with protection is toxic femininity.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

LOL! This makes no sense whatsoever.

[–]slacktivist0 -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Yup

[–]ThePigmanAgain 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Nope.

[–]slacktivist0 -3 points-2 points-1 points 8 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

Look up over-regularization.

Unfortunately no set of rules relieves us entirely of the need to think.

When a 14 year old boy bangs a hot 20 something teacher anyone imagining themselves in his place is thinking "nice, I'd have been all up in them guts too" (or some such).

If the kid was gay and hot teacher was female then that changes things.

You can insist on it being as severe as with the sexes reversed. But no one takes you seriously because, given the facts as xNOM stated, it's not likely as serious.

It's looking for rhetorical not substantive victory.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't waste my time with nonsense. Put forward an argument or fuck off.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

First, editing a comment is not the honest way to do things. Second, it is not AS severe with the sexes reversed, it is more so. Boys are less mature, and they have no say as to what happens when an unexpected pregnancy comes along. You are clearly either very stupid or very dishonest.

[–]HotDealsInTexas 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What he means is "I'm a brainwashed idiot who wholeheartedly believes the lie that women's sexuality is pure and good and men's is evil and predatory."

[–]slacktivist0 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Are you shitting me? The only woman I speak to voluntarily is the one that gave birth to me.

[–]Alddebaran 28 points29 points30 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's straight men's fault too, sorry to say. I've read articles of women sexually abusing young boys, and most of the comments were the same "lucky him", "i wish this happened to me" etc.

I know i'm preaching to the wrong choir here, but try to stop thinking with your dicks.

Or if you do at least do the same when the situation is reversed, and show the world how lucky young girls are to be f-ed by older men.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

"Then the reverse of this also happens, where people judge female paedophiles more harshly than their male counterparts because they're enraged that a woman, who should protect a child, has taken advantage of one."

LOL! I can safely say that i have never seen that happen.

[–]JTKirkSr 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because...vagina.

[–]Fake_Credentials 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Til female sexual predators all have awful eyebrows

[–]Philip8000 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because there's a strong belief that men always want sex anytime, anywhere, and they don't care who with, so they think it's not a big deal. When it's a male teacher/female student, we're ready to cut his balls off.

[–]juanml82 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because most societies easily understand that men, including teenagers, have sexual drives and may very well desire their hot female professors but, at the same time, have a hard time coping with the idea that women, including teenagers, have sexual drives and may very well desire their hot male professor.

Calling teenagers "children" or "kids" and mixing ephebophilia with paedophilia doesn't do any favors either. A fifteen years old teenager, of either sex, isn't the same as a seven years old child, of either sex.

With that said, the power differential usually invalidates consent (depending, I guess, on the options the student has to have the teacher sacked or to be evaluated by a different teacher) and the age difference is a red flag for a toxic relationship of some kind, even if the student is in the later stages of adolescence and everyone can agree that he/she is mentally and physically ready to have sex and enjoy it.

[–]PeonSupreme 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Because eggs are precious and sperm cells are a dime a million. No matter how low her character, the woman is still the guardian of the sacred, noble and serene egg. All the man has to offer is that disgusting little spermoceti flailing around mindlessly.

It sounds primitive, but at our core, that’s how we think.

[–]ThePigmanAgain 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It sounds primitive, but at our core, that’s how we think.

No, it isn't. If it were, China would have a surplus of women, not a surplus of men.

[–]PeonSupreme -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes but also in China women can have their own personal anti-rape blowtorch, which seems over the top to me.

I have also heard for quite some time now about sex-selective abortions in Asian nations trending toward favoring girls.

[–]Razorbladekandyfan 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No.

/s Yeah, of course there is.

[–]aircoft 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Because society is sexist.

[–]Azure_Triedge 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

What? An article that actually calls out the bullshit? It’s a miracle!

[–]TheMythof_Feminism -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Depends on the age of the students.

I am a part time professor. My students are 18 and above so there are no non-adult teens and definitely no children. That being said, there is something called "ethical protocol", if a woman comes on to a professor, the proper action is to immediately leave the room and report it to administration, immediately as in , you leave before she even finishes talking.

Failure to comply with this constitutes grounds for punishment, even if the professor did not nail the student in question.

However, for female professors, the protocol is to turn them down and refocus on the material which is basically the standard protocol for the most mundane of situations.

If the question is; "Well, why is the protocol different?"

The answer is simple; Because men and women are different.

Remember that women are life's easy mode. In terms of sex, they can get sex more easily than the most badass vag-slayer you have ever known. They only have to say "yes" to one of the many offers they get on a daily basis.

When I first got a taste of power, it was incredibly confusing. I was never good with women, I wasn't terrible but generally speaking I didn't have the patience for them, so correspondingly I didn't pursue them as often or as aggressively as others.

However, when you get power, of any type, women start to throw themselves at you in ways you probably never dreamed of, and in numbers/frequency that you might not think possible.

This is a HUGE shock for any man the first time. Unless he was a hardcore vag-slayer, it is something that he will have to contend with for awhile before coming to terms with it. This is why the protocol is much more strict for men.

If you want to test a man's character, give him power .

The only way you could argue with anything I've said here is if you believe in tabula rasa (blank slate) and therefore believe men and women are "the same", heh.

[–]TheAndredal[S] 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

i think they are talking about high school or middle school here

[–]TheMythof_Feminism 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep, I believe the same thing, but I can only speak of what I know so I framed it before starting.

The general protocol that I follow is roughly the same as "high school" teachers, that is to say, they are subject to the same ethical framework (for the most part).

[–]CountVonVague 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

If the question is; "Well, why is the protocol different?"

Why are you assuming the protocol isn't invalid? Either female teachers should report every advance or male teachers should just tell the women off and get back to business.

[–]TheMythof_Feminism -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Why are you assuming the protocol isn't invalid?

That is answered within the comment; Men and women are different and have correspondingly different protocol.

Either female teachers should report every advance

I am not a female professor (obviously) but you realize that female professors with even the slightest level of attractiveness get hit on , very VERY regularly, right? it's not even remotely near the same ballpark amount as compared to how often it happens to male professors.

But didn't I dismiss you already? you get one last chance, answer these questions or I am blocking you... and I have blocked very few people in my years on reddit.

Do you believe men and women are interchangeable?

Are you able to understand that because men and women are different, the law cannot effectively provide "equality"?

Men and women are different. If you cannot recognize this, then there's no point explaining anything to you.

[–]CountVonVague 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Oh Trust me, after listening to your Big Claims that women just throw themselves at strapping professors in positions of power before remarking that male professors just don't get hit on as much as About Any female professors i'm practically HOPING you block me you dumb S.O.B. XD take your "last chance" and go shove it up your ass for all it's worth to me. You're not a bot, you're something else..

The only line you have is to beat a dead trap of implying that any inference of equality or similarity between the sexes is high-falutin "tabula rasa nonsense" while presuming and assuming the obvious grounded fact that men and women are different.

It's actually rather interesting to watch such a well concocted stream of BS that you've done for yourself this conversation we've had after you completely disregarded what someone was saying and instead chose to autistically screech over someone saying that a person's sex shouldn't come into decisions when they are a teacher sexually abusing a student, it's the funniest but also so aggravating ( tho you obviously get off on that cuz duh you would )

[–]TheMythof_Feminism -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

after listening to your Big Claims that women just throw themselves at strapping professors in positions of power before remarking that male professors just don't get hit on as much as About Any female professor

You seem to imply there was some sort of inconsistency there.

Yet you don't actually make an argument.... again , all you have is empty rhetoric, in this case manifested as innuendo.... baseless innuendo at that. None of what you mentioned is contradictory to itself nor is it inconsistent whatsoever, epic fail.

the obvious grounded fact that men and women are different.

And yet you continually make arguments to the contrary...

If it were so obvious, for what reason do you argue otherwise? nevermind, I know you don't answer questions. You have no substance.

chose to autistically screech

Lol'd @ the projection.

Basically, you're probably very young and simple minded... if you're over 30 though, good lord, you make me sad, gg'd.

[–]CountVonVague 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You seem to imply there was some sort of inconsistency there.

How nice that you don't vocally grasp the inconsistency

[–]omegaphallic -4 points-3 points-2 points 8 years ago (38 children) | Copy Link

It's partly because people are overly protective of women and partly because many men we're so sexually frustrated in high school that they wished they'd gotten to fuck the not teacher that it never occurs to them that could have lead to them becoming messed up.

Still for 14 years old and up I support firing the teacher, but not prision time, under that age the teacher should get prison or mental institution depending on details.

Gender should not matter.

[–]skwishy29 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (18 children) | Copy Link

14 years isn’t the age of consent so wtf

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

It used to be in Canada, I did not support the change to 16 because some women and men develop early and lie about their age. Admittedly not an issue when it's a teacher who knows her students age, but I still don't support criminal charges. A fine maybe. Young then that prison or mental institution depending on context.

[–]skwishy29 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

The age of consent is supposed to be high because there’s a risk of having a kid. If a 14 year old has a kid they’re kind of fucked, especially because they can’t even work at that age. Working age makes sense

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

I get what your saying, I think innocent people are less likely to get fucked over with an age of consent of 14, plus higher ages of consent really shrink a small dating pool for the GLBT community, but there is a reasonable argument for 16 too. I remember the NDP critic for GLBT issues got demoted for refusing to support raising the age limit, and I supported his stand.

[–]skwishy29 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

“Innocent people are less likely to get fucked over with an age of consent of 14”. Doesn’t that just apply to all laws? I could say “less people will get fucked over an put in jail if stealing is no longer a crime”. You shouldn’t base a law on how many people will get arrested for it. That doesn’t shrink the lgbt dating pool it shrinks the pedophile and teenager dating pool. Seriously I don’t get how that’s shrinking the lgbt dating pool at all, do you think gay people only date minors or something? Your brain is fully developed at 21, honestly that should be age of consent but 18 is good too since your an adult then

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

I'm just repeating what some in the GLTB community we're saying at the time, you can look it up, don't shot the messenger, and no one was suggesting the age limit should be 13 and lower.

As for not ruining innocents lives, I put not using state power against innocent people as a top priority, its why due process exists in the first place.

[–]skwishy29 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

But they’re not innocent. So hypothetically someone has sex with a 14 yo boy. They’ve broken the law. So they’re not innocent.

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

They are innocent in the sense that the ones who are innocent didn't know that individual was under age.

Sure but that will happen regardless of consent age. If you make the age 3 years old there will be an innocent 4 year old tricked by a 2 year old tryna bang him

[–]omegaphallic1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

WTF did I just read. How many 4 year old do you know that go cruising for some action. You've been watching too much family guy.

[–]skwishy291 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Did you not get my point? I’m obvi not being literal, I’m just saying there will always be people who have been tricked regardless of consent age

[–]omegaphallic1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I got it, but I don't buy it, because of how humans age.

[–]skwishy291 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Your claim was: when you lower the consent age less people will be tricked into fucking minors. People have sex in high school so if a 16 wants to have sex they could get tricked just like an adult. The only way to truly avoid this is have the age of consent lower than the age when people starts lying, so birth

[–]omegaphallic1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Four year old does go cruise ring 2 year olds, so your original point made no sense.

[–]skwishy291 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I think there’s a typo there or something so I don’t get what your point is

[–]omegaphallic1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I meant 4 year olds don't going cruising for chicks (or dudes).

[–]skwishy291 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Ok I’ll stop exaggerating. You want age of consent to be 16. People will certainly still get tricked by 15 year olds (there are people younger than that trying to get laid)

[–]omegaphallic1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I actually wanted the age of consent to be 14, it's already 16. And again least I be smeared again by some I have a firm 18 years or older for sexual relations policy by personal choice.

[–]skwishy291 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I’ve said this like 50 times now how will the age of consent being 14 change people getting tricked

[–]ThePigmanAgain 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Still for 14 years old and up I support firing the teacher, but not prision time, under that age the teacher should get prison or mental institution depending on details.

Say, you're not a teacher with his eye on a juicy 14 year old, are you?

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Hahaha, no I'm not a teacher, I landscape, and I only have sexual relations with 18+ and above since adult good, based on my personal rule, even though 16 years old is the legal age in Canada.

Still I've seen chicks out their that look like they are in their twenties, super hot, then you find out to your horror they are still in high school, nothing happened thankfully, bit still pure nightmare fuel. Young people who look and dress like adults should come with a fucking warning label. Of course teachers already know the age, so that is not excuse.

Biggest horror story I heard was a guy who has sex with this chick thinking she was of age, finds out she is not, tries to break it off with her, she then blackmails him using her age to force him to keep having sex with her, WTF, that is messed up.

Gender should not matter.

No.

That is probably my biggest issue with the arguments people present on this subreddit. Men and women are not interchangeable and are very different.

"Equality" , especially equality of outcome, is a horrendous notion. What we should seek is justice. Justice means giving to each what corresponds to them, that's it. Any modifier just corrupts the term (Ex: "social justice").

[–]CountVonVague 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

what does that have to do with the subject at hand?

[–]TheMythof_Feminism -4 points-3 points-2 points 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

what does that have to do with the subject at hand?

.... that in order for the title of this thread to have any logical basis, men and women would necessarily be equivalent. They're not.

[–]CountVonVague 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

Sooo you're in favor of treating teachers who sexually abuse their students less harshly if they're women? odd

I am a professor, I teach only adults.

The ethical protocol that I laid out should be clear. It's not a matter of "opinion".... in any case, your tabula rasa argument is noted and rejected ; Men and women are not interchangeable, they are different and thus, should correspondingly be treated differently.

Do you contest this ? do you believe men and women an equivalency? make the argument then.

[–]CountVonVague 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

So you really do believe that female teachers shouldn't be treated as harshly as their male counterparts and rather than actually addressing the subject at hand it almost looks as if you took a couple of words from that sentence and created a response utterly detached from what is at hand, like a robot.

So you really do believe that female teachers shouldn't be treated as harshly as their male counterparts

Is that what I said or is that what you wish I said?

This is why I quote people directly. You are using a strawman argument, a common fallacy. My argument is very straightforward; Men and women are not the same.

Do you disagree? if so , make the counter-argument. If not, you have nothing of value to say.

[–]CountVonVague 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Men and women are not the same.

They will be held to the same lawful standards, no? JFC i hate you bots

[–]TheMythof_Feminism -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

They will be held to the same lawful standards, no?

Not in every aspect, no. Only where they are roughly equivalent.

Surely you understand this? even a child could understand....

JFC i hate you bots

No idea what you mean, but your argument was weak.

[–]CountVonVague1 point 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

So why should female teachers be given different sentences than male teachers as your silly post implied? Defend your work

[–]TheMythof_Feminism0 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

You have ducked every single argument I have presented.

You have one more chance to respond before being dismissed; Do you believe men and women are interchangeable? Yes/No.

Are you able to understand that the law should treat men and women equally where circumstances permit rather than always ? it is literally impossible to have "equality under the law" for men and women. At best that requires a gross miscarriage of justice to be part of the system to "function".

[–]CountVonVague0 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

it is literally impossible to have "equality under the law" for men and women. At best that requires a gross miscarriage of justice to be part of the system to "function".

I think you are clearly taking the concept of "equality under the law" far too severely, please, by all means, be a good bot and don't respond.

[–]TheMythof_Feminism0 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Yep, as I expected you ducked the prompts again.

This tells me you have nothing of substance behind your empty rhetoric. You are a waste of time.

Dismissed.

[–]CountVonVague0 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Why do you keep acting like such a bigshot when you couldn't even present a coherent argument in the first place? I mean it's obviously because you want to troll since you've utterly neglected to even downvote a single thing i've said

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

There are ways men and women are different, basic human rights and justice isn't one of them.

[–]TheMythof_Feminism 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

basic human rights and justice isn't one of them.

Who is talking about "basic human rights"?

The argument was that others want "equality under the law" or even something resembling equality of outcome. This is far beyond "basic human rights".

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I get what you are saying, I just don't think it applies in this case.
