7) if you’re a fat blob, getting in shape even if it’s just to impress women is still a huge improvement.

3) I don’t wanna split hairs about masculine/feminine because those apply to most people, but the important part is polarity: you should bring something she doesn’t have and vice-versa, whether that’s masculine, feminine, or some undefined third thing.

I disagree with the phrasing on #6, and I'm dubious of #3 as a general rule, but otherwise, I'd say it's pretty good advice for dealing with and impressing most people with some somewhat accurate specialized advice towards women

I just disagree with #3. People embody both masculine and feminine qualities. I don’t think forcing one side or the other will “keep a romantic spark”
